2 - gold 30k+ bosses
First boss -
4 deaths from the first one.
He was hitting me faster than I was, and almost equally as hard on some attacks.
Regen rate was ungodly. I would hit him for 750ish, and by the time I fired again, approx. 2/3 of his damage had been regened.
After finally getting having a guild mate come heal me, it took nearly 10 minutes to take him out.
Looted a Mando intraframe.
Second boss -
2 deaths from this one.
He wasn't firing nearly as fast as the first one, but on the same par as I was. Damage taken from him was almost equal to what I was hitting him with.
Regen rate was the same as the previous one.
After calling the same guild mate to come help, I took him down in about 8minutes.
Looted a core booster and BH chestplate schematic
My main toon is MBH/MCarb/Pistols 0003/Medic 0300
I was wearing full AB sliced RIS with 6500 Resists
2400 resist PSGs
Elite Carbine is a damage/sac capped Elite with full 12% speed slices with +61 Accuracy mod
I am speed capped in both carbine and general ranged speed attachments with
I have total accuracy of355 with Carbine equipped (including scoped carbine)
I also have +22 Healing Efficency mods
Defenses are both near 300 each (288/279 I think)
Both bosses were also only level 81's, not 82's. If they are hitting that hard at that level, I shutter to think about the higher level ones

I am an MBH/MR/CM4000 with 7600 energy resist recon armor and I use a nice HLR with a PUP that takes it to max dmg. I also use a probot for extra dmg.
I've hunted 6 marks so far after Pub 24 and only one was a problem. The elites that I get are CL 81 or 82 and usually no more than 20K HAMs.I gottwo gold chevron bosses: one 20K HAM and one 36K HAM.
The 20K HAM boss used specials and closed to melee, but I already had him buggered before he got too close and he dropped after two more shots.
The 36K HAM boss killed me. I was buffed and had eaten spiced tea, blob candy, and Booster Blue. I started the fight with my probot out and ready to attack. I was prone and started with a combination of Underhand Shot. The boss did not get KD, he ran into melee range immediately. I stood and snared him, tried to kite, and was doing less damage (at 900 to 1200 per hit) than he was healing. I got caught in a healing pattern and was unable to do enough damage to get him below about 90% health. I was snaring and kiting, trying underhand shot to get him down and got it to stick about 50% of the time. I lasted 10 minutes and was killed.
I think that the base HAM value is equal to the regen value for that stat and that in the equation for figuring actual regen rate that anything at or around 36K is too fast to overcome for one person even with a good weapon.
MBH/MP/CM4xxx/medicx44x/and some force sensitive melee/range defense
Overall it's been a nice improvement, and only ran into one problem-
A lvl 81 double gold that killed me the first time thru, then I had a MDOC friend come by
and keep me healed. Even with a pup'd damage, capped FWG, I could barely outdamage his regen
rate, think it took us about 15 mins to kill him, had to resort to a plain /attack for periods while
my mind/action regen'd. All that for a jar of berries lol ![]()
Keep them the way they are, it's fine that they hit hard, maybe tone down health regen just a smidge
I finally got a 32k+ Health boss, level 82 I think.
I was fully prepared. ALL my food/spice/drink buffs, master doctor buffs, my capped HLR w/ SAC pup, my high quality Ubese armor.
I was owned. I managed to last about... 7 minutes, but I was brutally killed. I did my best to last as long as I did. I barely pricked the health bar. The attacks I endured weren't the issue. THE NPC HEALTH REGEN WAS THE ISSUE.
I COULD NOT OUTDAMAGE THE REGEN WITH A FULLY CAPPED HEAVY LIGHTNING RIFLE.
Yes, the bosses need to beweakened I agree perhaps they shouldn't have been as easy as they used to be, but SHEESH. Jedi are much easier than this. If the DEVs /INSIST/ on keeping them at this level, then....
INCREASE THE PAYOUT.
or make the NPC BH missions NON-SOLO.

My template:
MBH/MCM/Carbine 0400/Medic 0410/CombatProwes 1000
So far, have been encountered 3 boss marks with 31k-32k HAM. And yes these npc have crazy health regen but they r not impossible to kill (havent fight the 33k HAM and up though), it takes about 15-20 min for me to kill em. Off course, we need great equipment and food.
Definitely, we need to get better loot from these bounties (FYI i got great CA from elite mark)
Okay. Tried again on the boss I mentioned. Level 82, 32k Health.
I'm Master Rifles/MBH/CM4000 with a capped HLR, w/ SAC pups.
I had to use my best food buffs, equip a PSG, and use Bacta Toss Enhancers.
I made SURE to keep my target stunned and bleeding. It really made a difference. Took me about 8 minutes to beat.

Ok, i have done some more Miss now, the regen on the dounle gld boss mark, i redicilous, same is wat they hit, and the loot also suck.
The silver ones have nice drop ratio, but it seems it always drop BH schems... They are quite similar to the pre pub 24, double boss mark, the only diff is the HAM, but it regens fast aswell, but u can do it pretty easy.
It would be much better, if SoE could reduce the health regen a little bit, and the dmg they take.
With my AB sliced padded. it still hitted 1k dmg, and it hited way to fast..

The action bars on these uber elites dont move an inch.... they spam special after special.... They use 3 or more elite profession specials....
Believe me Samous something is wrong here..... Run 20-30 missions and I think you will see the same problems.
