At the moment I just need to work on listing the templates more systematically. It's all rather ad-hoc at the moment because I've just stuck them on the right of the table as I think of them (or am given then as of today).

This is my exact template right now and I've been considering Master Rifleman in place of Master Pistoleer. My defenses are good and I can stand toe to toe with a lot of different templates but I'm not convinced that I'm dealing enough damage to make a difference.
Well, I cant say I know the multipliers of any of the Ranged profession's specials... All I do know is you can get a pistols to do nearly the same damage as a Rifle and the difference is even closer with a Carbine... Adv. Stopping shot is vital (at least for me) when I want to solo higher level content and not have to worry about having creatures/Jedi eat through my armor and stims... Improved LegShot is better then Improved BodyShot (or so I hear) and add that to a high-end Scatter or Carbine and I really cant see how Rifles can offer an advantage... I could be wrong though
Back in the day when Rifles were UbEr it was mostly due to the AR ability and the specials that hit the mind pool. Now that everything hits health and specials like Root are vital (atleast IMO), I really think Rifles are no longer the king of the Ranged professions... In fact, now that there is a 20m minimum range on Rifles, Rifles just got even less attractive to me... I would say the only two Templates I would consider are the one I have ATM, or swapping M. Pistols for M. Carbine and going up to Pistols 0-0-0-3 for the stopping shot...
Now, I just got FS so once I get the ranged and speed bonuses and get the Melee Defense bonus I think my Template will only get better... I should be able to use just about ANY weapon with near to 1.0 speeds with all the specials I personally like... But I dunno, I honestly have always be VERY biased in favor of Pistols

I'll start taking templates from the focus thread too soon. However, I find it quite difficult to sift through something like a 'randomish' thread (it's a reading-problem I have, god knows how I got my degree lol). So if anyone fancies extracting some templates out of it and copying them into this thread for me that'd be a good help thanks.

Your table is so advanced I don't even know how to make this request easier for you. My current tp is MBH, MR CM 4000 and all the requirements to get there I have like 3 SP left. I think the heals are very useful especially now, I would like to see how this temp stacks up. Thank you.

I'll see what I can do. As with smuggler I was avoiding professions not based in Marksman (with the exception of BH of course), but I guess I should expand it for those.
I'll post again if I manage it.

I like the current format better than when you listed each mods by weapon.
Another popular template is MBH/MRifle/Pistoleer0404.

However not very popular because it takes alot of time to grind out, I find my template very successful.
MBH / MP / Rifleman 0140 (cover up and snare) / Combat Prowess 4400 / Enhanced reflexes 1400
Im capped with general ranged speed / accuracy attachments so I'm quite proficient with rifles as well as pistols. Makes for hunting in groups easier because you can play a diverse role.
