The biological signature is what your program the arakyd droid you call down from orbit with. Then it launches back up into space... Finds the planet your mark is on by the biological signature you uploaded into it. Then you goto the planet your mark is on. Launch a seeker droid or 3 to pinpoint him. Then kill him.

Get a mark

Obtain the bio sig. from an informant

Call down an arakyd droid

Upload the sig to the droid.

Wait for the reply with the Planet he is on

Travel to planet

Launch seeker droid to determine where he is or is going

Kill mark.

Rinse Repeat.

ok, look for smoke where it landed, if not waite for a few minutes and look for a white dot on ur radar. got to it, it will look like a probot.

select transmit bio signiture on radial dial, the one on the right side.

it will fly off and do a planetary search, within 4-5 minutes it will tell you what planet ur mark is on.

go to the planet and send a seeker droid to find, later you will find and track.

keep sending out seekers as they update. takes 4-5 minutes for them to tell u location.

advice,

once u get to the planet where your mark is, send out seeker immediately,

Do not go after mark yet,

look at ur planetary map and see the location, once you get an update from your seeker you sent look at the new location. Your mark will normally go in a straight line. Head, or fly to the nearest location so you can cut him off.

remember the mark is moving and rarely will you find that he as the location of your waypoint. This is why its a good idea to pick up ranger tracking. If you dont have this, keep headed in the line of direction he was headed.

seriously, get a mount and when vehicles come out, im sure it will be ur best friend.

1. Get mission.

2. Talk to spynet to get bio signature.

3. Launch arakyd driod from your data pad.

Here is where I believe you are messing up. Once you launch your droid a countdown will start from 20 seconds It will go 5 4 3 2 1 droid has landed. During the countdown, stay in one place; and span the map with your mouse to see where the droid lands. At zero you will see an explosion. A white dot will also appear on your radar where the droid lands.

4. Find the arakyd droid, and bring up its radial menu. There will be an option to load bio. signature. Pick that option, and the arakyd droid takes off.

5. Wait a few minutes for the arakyd to find the planet the mark is on. You will know you have done it correctly when your chatscreen says something like "Commencing interplanetary search"

6. Once planet is located, travel to the planet and launch a seeker droid from data pad.

7. Look at planetary map (ctrl v) to see initial waypoint of the mark. An updated waypoint will appear once the seeker droid finds the mark.

8. Determine which city he is running to (except on Endor and Lok) and either travel to that city, or run to try to cut him off.

Ok let me start off by appoligizing if I am asking a question that has already been answered but I am at school so its hard to go through all the posts.

Secondly here is my situation. I am on the Bloodfin side of the galaxy. My guild was lacking in crafters so I decided to chip in with my brother and get a third account between the both of so so we would not have to give up our combat profs. I reached artisan 4440 up to Novice Weaponsmith in about an hour or two. Now comes the part where I am stumped. What can I build that will get me to the point where I can build the ?rifle barrels? that everyone says will get you up the rest of weaponsmith the fastest?

Again I'm sorry if this is a redundant question. Thank you for your time.

I have a question on the getting the jedi quests started.

I killed the sith got the data disk and when i used it, my new mission says investigate the camp these sith report to but i got no waypoint in my data pad. I used the disk on tatooine but looted it on naboo could this be why?

Anyone else have this problem?

I'm not sure what the problem is, but your best bet is to ask over in the Jedi forums. This thread will probably end up deleted because it isn't a Game Guide.

I just killed the sith and got the data disk. I flew from naboo to tatooine and used it there. My next quest in my crystal journal says investigate the location found in the data pad, but i got no waypoint or information on this sight. How can i move forward towards becomming a jedi without finding the sith camp?

Try going back to Naboo... Where you left and see if waypoint appears.

The disk you get gives you a waypoint on the planet you actually killed the sith. So go back to whatever planet you were on when they attacked you and see if your waypoint is up, or atleast in your datapad.
