If I see any bluedot with MBH tag I assume they have my mission. Secret is to not get spotted ![]()
And to the original poster... its my house I'll sit in it if I want to. ![]()

They don't bother me.. Ill keep my eyes on them and eventually they will move.
That's exactly the attitude a BH should have!

I wasted several hours time today Hunting AFK house sitting Jedi. Many of these Jedi are doing it on purpose to spite Bounty Hunters. This should not be part of this game. There is no way to prove someone is doing this but this is a form of harassment and can ruin game play like some exploits do for Bounty Hunter players wishing to find online Jedi to do PvP missions against.
i totally agree. its is a form of harrassment. esp if you newbish. no one told you you were going to get a load of butholes hiding in private structures when you began grinding bh. you were however informed of xp loss when you went down the road for jedi. a bh is a normal player playing his game. a jedi is someone who decided he wanted a big statys symbol, i high end perk. ie jedi. i dont view jedi as being on the same lvl as a starter proof. they're much stronger etc. have an alt at no xtra cost and there fore have a means of extra finance for their core charachter. imo thay have no right to whine. we however do.
every afk mission is a loss in cash foods, and droids and it is common sense to take afk jedi of the tems. or we might aswell put offlin jedi on them. wp leading to their logoff point.
Dont think you understand the situation. And it's probably because of the server population. On a server like Bria you probably wont get the same mission too many times, but on smaller servers and at non-peak hours it's not hard to get the same jedi over and over.
When I play there might only be 6 jedi's online, 4 of them belong to a guild that spite BH's on purpose by going afk while they sleep(a simple tell will recieve something like "sorry bh, try again").The chances of getting the actual marks are pretty slimin those conditions.
Give BH's a way to boot a Jedi out of his private structure = problem solved !!!
People who dont like to be hunted at the moment could simply log their non jedi char in.
Thats the easiest solution and punishes no one... Jedi who are f.e. a whole night afk in their house while these players play with a 2nd PC are just harrassing the BH community by intend (hate/fun with laming/morons...). This would fix all problems and would not punish the Jedi who dont do that.
it's pretty simple, amazingly easy...get mission, track mark...see he's in a house. Wait a few mins, if he dosen't move either drop mission, or go do something else for a while to see if he moves...if he dosen't move drop mission, get new one.
There is no way they're gonna allow a game mechanic to force a player out of his house. its just not gonna happen. If I see a Jedi that stays in his house, i simply mark him on my friends list as "house sitter", if I pull his mission, i see that, I'll track him, if he's in a house again i'll drop immediately and find a different mark.

A. I hate being BH content but I live with it, it's part of the fun, but I don't always want to be forced to fight and that would just promote Bh's abusing people who don't want to fight.
B. You can't log your Alt in if your Jedi char is in the world, the inactive char will stay for a max of a few minutes at most and then despawn
I go AFK for all sorts of reasons but if a BH shows up for me and i'm AFK in my house well tough, get on with it and move onto the next or wait till they do move. Jedi are no more harrassing anyone as you are in hunting them in the first place. And you actually profit out of the whole situation, whereas the jedi either looses a load of XP of gains more viz keeping him on the terms longer.

then they shouldnt have went for jedi then.
if you can't deal with the challenge of hunting a live opponent, you should not be master bh.
no one forces you to hunt other players. you choose to do so, so you choose to deal with how it plays out. wanting to force your will on someone else's gameplay is one of the least thought out arguments ever made.
go hunt npc marks if dealing with a live person who may or may not want to fight is too much for you.
if you cant handle the life of a BH, choose another proffession.
I just got mbh a few days ago, and the first 2 missions i pulled were jedi who were playing at the time. Lost both fights but it was a fun experience, learned not to attack a cloakers droid lol. Then i must have had 5 straight afk jedi. I'd say about half the ones i get now are afk (or sitting in their houses without moving for crafting purposes maybe lol?). Anyways, it does get old having to waste so much time and money on droids and shuttles just to find the guy is probably in school or whatever, and i've been trying to ambush a yawn macro...I can understand going afk for a bit but it seems like a lot of jedi do this just to waste our time.
I groan every time i see any planet but dathomir, yavin or endor now, because odds are they are afk ( and afk isnt the term for it, not like they will be back after a short break, they're asleep or working or whatever). And im patient; i crawl up in cover, get a good spot, grab a snack or what not, and proceed to waste my time while they are sitting in math class? I'd say a 2 hour timer maybe? Once they hit afk for 2 hours then they count as 'offline' as far as the terms go.
Ive fenced, done droid engineer, chef, a few other professions in there as well, but that first time crawling across the sands of tatooine got me hooked on bounty hunting. Win or lose, i just love the rush of when it's time to strike. And yeah, you can always 'friend' them and come back later, but if i want to try to bh, then im stuck dropping this one for a new jedi who might be afk as well.... Anyways, sorry if im a bit bitter, lol, but it's late and all my jedi were afk tonight...grr![]()
