Another thing, I recall harvesting organs all the time in EQ, and they were used in BAKING. If that's appropriate in EQ, I can't see how this would be any worse.

Some people are way too upity up about ethics. Take a look at your drivers liscence (those of you that have one). Chances are someone is a registered organ doner. The principal is kind of the same. The guy you've been contracted to kill doesn't need his organs anymore. So why not make some cash. 
And if I needed a liver that much that poor passerby has just walked into the wrong place at the wrong time.

LOL I have a Ewok spleen in a jar from a mission on Endor. From a witch, I kept worth far more in my house that the next mission, looks like a foraged jar of fungus(the liver colored jar) but called EWOK SLPEEN so the devs are already a little twisted.

I just don't get it...
You guys play professional assassins that execute people in cold blood, but harvesting organs that can give life to others makes you squeamish?

This is a great morbid idea. Adds a real purpose for smugglers.
Only problem is you would really need a master doctor to harvest the organs. Since most can only survive for a limited time outside the body. It's more than hacking at a body to extract a heart or liver or kidney. It's an intricate procedure in itself.
Also in the StarWars era you really don't need donors anymore. They'll just toss in a cybernetic implant that'll work just as good or better than your original. Imagine having a robo... nevermind let's not go there.
Organ harvesting would be great idea though, and those offended by this black market idea. well they're just not cut out for the business.
