hehe i dont know i do say that long yeh probably but not maybe just you but everyone...but if you have just enough time or motivation to sit at his stoop for `16 hours one sides gonna give. I dont think giving the tef a range would be good at all because thats forcing a fight like that...someimes we are inside buildings for am inute or two or decorating /talking with someone and that would be unfair on the jedi's part id think

Did you send him/her a tell and get the AFK message?

Iread a lot of this AFK in houses, and it may well be true most of the time, but I frequently sit in our house and chat with my IG partner. If I went jedi (which I won't, just want the unlock!) I'd still do exactly the same but it's got nothing to do with BH. We often sit on the beach in front of our house and chat too, depends on the weather and the time of day!

The assumption is that Jedi are there for PvP. They log in, show off, PvP, get huge vis, annoy BH and then log off again. I am sure there are some that just go about their business as they always did.. including spending time inside houses, their own or their friends.

you can turn AFK off or even have athird party macro tool do physical actions.

He doesn't even need an excuse to be afk. There is no rules stating you can't be afk anywhere. And yeah, there are some jedi that do it intentionally to F with BH's(I like the fight, I'll always come out unless I'm really afk for a reason). You see it's the jedi's only way of "getting back" atthe BH's that come after him. Before, you'd just be able to remember the jedi's name, and not take the mission again. But not you have to remember the WP he's at and then start tracking him to find out he's not coming out to play. You can't really consider it "aggrivating the BH though cause think about it, do BH attacks not get aggrivating?" True, he "knew" he would be hunted when he chose to be a jedi, but you also "knew" you'd have to deal with jedi's that don't want to fight when you chose to become a BH.

I use to do that when i was a baby padawan. Id leave my toon afk all day and night afk in my house just to fook with the bh's. Id come back to all kind's of hate mail, was great.

You pay a monthly fee each month like eveyone else, so does that Jedi. He could go afk in a lake in the middle of dant, travel various planets and put a house up on the edge of rori and stay afk in house house for the next week if he wants to. You sound like a Nazi. And no one here has to explain anything to you or anyone else on how they choose to play the game. I've tracked Jedi to their homes sitting there AFK, big freak'n deal, it happens, get over it and drive on. They're not gonna log in , get warped to you for the 1 hit incapp and then deathblow. wow !

How can you grief an entire class? Just as I choose to not worry about being on the terminals(only seen 4 BH since CU), BHs choose a mission, how am I supposed to know if anyone has my mission thereby how am I intentionally "griefing". This being said, I agree it is cheap tactic with P20 for anyone to do that to the BH community. My point is more towards the easy usage of terms such as Griefing, Exploiting, and Harrasment that gets bantered about.

You have too much time on your hands...

the other possibility is that he was headed to his house to drop off loot, but the servers came down before he could do it. When the servers came up, and since it was time for work, time for sleep, or whatever, he logged on, went to his house, to drop the stuff off. Or, he decided to check his email in the safety of his house. Emailed guildies that the stuff was in the house. emailed a few other people. Talked to a few people. Hey, even trolled the forums for a few hours. What, like you haven't done it before while still logged into the game.
