Thread: Solo groups and overloaded sabers

Not sure wether I believe this but if it is true , its a pretty bad exploit
if this was directed to me. my response is i dont not know of this exploit. i have heard of it some 4 months ago or so, where people used server boundries. i would fully expect that that had been fixed due to how old it was. (the devs actually fix some things.)
that is why i believe it is a troll post.

if you really wanted this exploit fixed, you would share the exact method for overloading sabers. so spill the beans
have you heard the saying, ' it is better to be thought an idiot then to open your mouth and remove all doubt?'
bugs of this level are actually prioritized while bugs like unharvestable hostile thune mothers persist. it is possible that this bug has been 'unpatched.' but if the OP is not trying to get idiots like you to react, why would he not report these exploiting jedi?
i know this game as well as but a few. i was first a MBH before shuttles, and thus earlier then most of the people who read these boards. (although i was lucky enough that they introduced mounts rather early in my investigation grind.) i also unlocked pre pub-9 and finished my template roughly 8 months ago. i am sorry if i gave the current respec master bounty hunters too much respect by saying they would likely notice the difference between jediA without an exploited saber hitting foir 400 and jedi B hitting the BH for 650. but i actually had a respecBH ask mehowhigh i was when he took my 224k mission. i think i suprised him when i walked out to face him, and moreso when i said, 'one way to find out.' needless to say he walked away.
perhaps what i should have said is i would notice, and i would report. i expect most of the non-respec BHswould as well. i am sorry i did not account for your type of BH.

Hmmm, you expect that a long standing bug has been fixed? There are lots of long standing bugs that havent been fixed and probably never will be.

As you guys may have known I used to be a bh, but I was sick of all the exploits and it became quite apparent that this game IS and WILL be KOTOR Online.
That's not a fair comparison - KotOR was an excellent game that never had this many bugs. The story was compelling, the characters were well-rounded and all the professions worked as intended right out of the box. It never required this many bug fixes, nor is Bioware in the business of lying to its customers.
No one ever felt motivated to quit KotOR because of developer favoritism toward a subgroup of players, nor do I recall running into droves of Jedi fighting in starports. KotOR possessed an internal historical consistency that is conspicuously absent in SWG.
In short, SWG could never possibly become KotOR Online - it just can't measure up.

Umm, you know that Kotor = Offline Single Player game and SWG = Online Multiplayer game right? So your comparision is not especially fair or even realistic.
I definately believe the Saber Stacking...
Just last night I was watching a PvP battle between a Rifleman with heals (exactly what I dont know, but I think it was CM 4000 ) and a Melee Doc. Both were Imperial fighting another Melee Doc Reb. The Rebel was doing very well holding his own, and the fight went on for quite some time as I watched.
Then out of nowhere, a RebelJedi popped up (Cloaked I think). And took out both the Imperial Rifleman/ CM and the Melee Doc with complete ease.2 hits each easily, and both the Imps were pushing up grass. I sat there at my Keyboard thinking; "No Friggin Way!!".
The Toon I was playing is a new toon on a different server than I usually play (only CL 14). But I am a Master BH on Eclipse, and have fought many Jedi in the past. But this is the first time I was totally surprised at the amount of damage a single Jedi could do, in mere seconds. Seriously....In less than one minute easily, this lone Jedi killed 2 CL 80's with complete ease.
I think it took the Jedi as much time to run from one corpse, and Kill the other Imp, as it did to kill both Imps combined.
Exploit or not...either way my Jaw was in my lap.

2hits each? not without overloading, i do tops of like 1.3k per hit with powerhit and abouts 860with head/body/leg hit and abouts 940 with adv saber throw, each of those means more then 2 hits per lol.
