do state effects currently work? i have been trying diffrent ones and i dont see much in the way of them working seen as TK has advanced dizzy it would be nice if dizzy achualy did something

States work, but because they dont last long nor do they have a big effect in combat, they are rarely used.

I rarely use TKA states, but if you have other melee prof in your template some are VERY effective, fencer has a root and an action regen debuff both of them are awsome imo.
