Thread: Curious: How long did it take the devs to fix the duel exploit when it hurt jedi?

Funny thing is when first wrote I actually wanted to know ... I have no idea how long the duel end duel exploint worked for BH.

You sure they don't gain anything? Then why do they keep doing it when nobody else runs around challenging me to duels then changing their minds? Even when they know I don't have their mission, they still gain an advantage by not having to change their tactics--it happens every once in a while with SF Jedi and people in grinding groups. If they didn't act any differently with the knowledge, it wouldn't be an exploit, but it gives them an unintended advantage which makes it an exploit.

No, because I wasn't even playing the game when bounty hunters used the old exploit.

Ok.... They don't gain anything doing it. They just find it extremely entertaining to use the/duel and /endduel commands.

Just one question...
Lets say the devs say screw it and just go back to the old way... where bh can duel and kill jedi without them being able to attack....
Would all you jedi say "what irony"we screwed ourselves by using an exploit....or would the posts be flooded with "bh exploit devs fix?"
