Thread: is it just me or are all the jedi on mustafar/kashyyyk?

It all depends on what hour you are online, usually in the afternoon and evening my time they are on regular planets doing PvP and grind groups but early in the morning they are often on Mustafar or Kashyyyk or even space.
I did not buy the expansion and probably will not, I know a few people that already completed Mustafar in a few days and are now just loot farming for SEAs and the Jedi cloak so you will probably find some "AFK" looters for easy kills.

Not likely, the mobs that drop the cloaks are most definately NOT afkable - CL 82 and CL 90 Elite Jedi NPCs who use full force powers, not to mention having to contend with other groups for loot rights. I can guarentee anyone trying to afk the cloak drop mobs will not be alive when they come back to their pc, or if they are, someone else will have killed the mob already.
So, best not to assume that just because the spawns are camped, that the campers are afk. Ive seen people on my server in one spot for 10 hrs straight trying to get the cloaks (the 2 mobs also have 1hr and 3hr respawn timers). If they can be bothered with that, more power to them. I'd rather just buy one tbh.
Oh and by the way, Mustafar is good fun to play for anyone that doesn't have it. There is plenty to do besides camp for loot, a few fun instances to play, some tough bosses etc, and a fun set of quests. Its miles better than ROTW, i'd recommend people buying it, the loot is *not*, as some would have you believe, geared purely towards Jedi.

Yep took 5 missions last night.
4 on mustafar
1 on naboo
I wish we can fly there, since its like 1300 credits to get thereand their is only one station.

It's just you.
My Jedi toon has been there twice. He won't spend much time there until he's full template, anyway, too many things that give you vis there if you're serious about completing the quests.
My MBH/MCH toon has done a lot of exploring, and has tracked a Jedi mark there to boot.

seriously what did you guys expect that no jedi would buy the expansion? i bought it cuz i was in the beta and loved it one of the best planets imo
but you guys should of known that this would happen jedi will buy the expanison knowing full well that most of you will not, then you will proceed to say that all the jedi are on that planet and you can't hunt them cuz you don't have it. simple fix buy it, it is worth it trust me.
whats next? Nerf Expansions?

True, 1300 credits is not allot of money. I guess im just cheap. LOL, I just like the thought of flying there. This ticket thing is bull. But its just my opinion.I guess i can look at this way. I killed a jediright afterbuying a ticket on musta last night, ifhewould of been able to fly out i might of missed him.

Mustafar is only like 5000m from one end to the other- it's a BH's dream! No houses, few places to hide, dangerous environment (lava/mobs)... I could see it sucking if you don't have the expansion, but just get it and you'll be pleased Most of the jedi come to you since theyre doing the missions out of the Ming Facility.

My mission are running about 50-50 for being on Mustafar. Of the 2 that I did last night, the first was on Mustafar and the next was outside the starport in Bestine. And I've only had one come up as Kashyyyk in the last week. Luck maybe?? Who knows.....

Sorry I got to this point and had to respond.
I'm wondering if anyone realizes that most of the jedi first off are participating in the expansion just like everyone else.. not for "teh fat loot" or whatever but because.... they're players and need content like everyone else? Secondly, the reason why the only jedi you see are dueling in Theed etc. is because just like you said.. the rest ofthem are in hiding. That being said, to make an assumption that thefew bad applesyou see flashing their sabers around account for most of the jedi population is baseless. Most ofthem are not running around flashingtheir force powers and waving.their sabers at everyone, even though there are quite a few of them that do.
Please don't take this as a flame, I'm just trying to make a point that's been overshadowed by a lot of bias and hearsay. Jedi and BH's alike are players playing the game, be it in space or the expansion worlds or otherwise. A jedi player's gameplay doesn't revolve around giving BH's missions, and it shouldn't work the other way around either. Please bear that in mind. There are many more players out on Kash/Mustafar than just jedi.
