I hate to say it but, if SOE posts this gun with these stats and say's its part of the new expantion and if you get the expantion, then you can do a quest and get the item, and they don't put that item in the game with the stats, this is FALSE because they used that toget you to buy the game. Kinda like bait and switch. I think someone would make a better case for bait and switch than False Advertsing.

That is no excuse to put up pics ofweapons with falsestatsin the new expansion as a Friday feature justFOUR DAYSbefore launch just to get more sales. It's not good business tactics. Thundermouth / SOE should know better. Far as a lawsuit. Regardlessif some lawyer gamer decides to act or not. In the end, it won't really be about winning or losing the suit. Just the case itself will be negative press for SOE / Lucas Arts which will soon hitall over the major gaming news sources on the web, print copies etc. which will beenough.

OMG, they changed something from beta!

The SFOR Carb is dropping with crappy stats as well.

The SFOR Carb is also a crafted weapon, with the schem produced by the "cube".

My money is on:

A) the Rifle being a schem created by the "cube" as well

B) the FF stats are simply the caps, hopefully reachable using powercells, etc.

the worst thing is, those stats are typed, not images of weapons pulled off the frogs.

I think its BS as well, that rifle was why I bought ToOW. Guess we just gotta hope a weaponsmith can craft one for me if a schem drops for it...

Yup.... exactly what I have said.

This has really pi**ed me off one of the reasons i bought this exp was for the loot only to find they are trash and not worth the money i paid..Why do SOE always have to do this sort of stuff..

The game is really getting sad.I spent $30 too. I guess I'm just a sucker.

If the looted weapons would have had the stats that they posted it would have been another kick in the nuts to the weaponsmiths. I'm hoping that the stats shown will be the caps that a crafted weapon can hit. Like it or not, SWG was created to have interdependancy between the professions. As is stands now:

• Bounty Hunters loot weapon enhancements


• Combat classes loot the cube loot


• Weaponsmiths buy the weapon enhancements and cube loot


• Weaponsmiths build the weapons


• Combat classes purchase the weapons


• Everyone goes home happy

any sane person would throw a suit like this out. But with some of the lawsuits i'v heard of you might actually win (a woman in PA sued resteraunt for slipping on a spilled drink on the floor. Here's the kicker she had thrown that drink in her boyfriends face not 30 sec before. She won 300k). So if someone actually filed this suit you might win. *cough emmosional distress *cough.
