Here is the actually TRUE Pic of it.
Is there anyone out there Who knows If there is any law Who would give us the power to get our money back? I mean.. I know it says that Online experience Might change etc.. But what about false advertising? Shouldn't that be punishable by Law?? Its Just SIck![]()
its not false advertising, they put up the best weapon you could loot, from what ive seen from the other weapons and things we get through the game (necrosis and whatnot) each weapon has different stats, sometimes better, sometimes worse. you just happened to get a bad weapon ![]()
To the original poster....
How do you know whether or not you cant get a schematic to craft the weapon to that level?
That quest reward comes with FIXED stats. No better, no worse. The devs don't even know what the hell they are talking about. Everyone who completes the quest gets the same damn thing.
Yes, it is false advertisement, and might be funny in court. Send thema letter, best you can do.
Nope, not false advertisement. The original stats were released during Beta. It is generally understood that anything in testing is subject to change before going live, its even in the legal errata pertaining to Testing information.
Further, they could nerf every weapon you have to 1-3 dmg and speed 95.0 and there wouldn't be a damn thing you could do about it. They own the toon and all of the equipment, and can do whatever they want with it.

Sure it's false advertising. RUN, don't walk and get yourself a lawyer. I'd say Johnnie Cochran, but he's dead so I don't think he could make it, but get someone. You could make millions of dollars.
Just one thing tho....webcast or podcast the procedings so we can all watch, 'cause I'd wanna see this.

I am curious as to when and where you received your JD.
This is not false advertising and would spend about 3 seconds in court before being dismissed...

Actually there is something you could do, quit, which alot alot ALOT of people did for lying about the stats, how the hell are we supposed to use that gun? It's SUCKS, cant be SAC pup'd IT USELESS EXCEPT A WALL DECOR, and its not worth doing the quest over.
Ulrek thats hence why i said the best thing you can do is send them a letter and why it'd be funny in court

Justice Degree? I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic though....
It's not false advertising though. It's just poor advertising. I'm sure things will change on those screen shots. Since it's not technically live yet (only to pre-orders and former Beta people) I don't think you can really make the statement yet.
