Unless you have uber pearls/crystals in your sabre, you should get channel force prety early, to prevent grind downtime.

even if you have perfect grinding crystals u still run out frequently , specially if u dont wanna wear ur wonderbra dress of the monks.
with channel force u can maintian a grind for 23 hours a day without any downtime
(lol dont even think of flaming that last line)

I once thought channel force was not required for PvE......I'm changing my mind.
After killing big game like Krayt or NS, unless you plan to wait 5 mins after every fight you need to have channel force. I would basiclly run out of force before I kill any Krayt if it wasn't for channel. That alone made me rethink my template from MLS/MDef....now I'm looking at something like MLS/ Enhancer 44x2/Healing 3xx4/Powers xx4x so im more well rounded in skills to survive.

If you're going to use a 3rd gen lightsaber to grind then you're gonna need it. It consumes a lot of Force but you'll get xp alot faster and you're crystals won't much of a beating(ideal if you're low on good crystals) If you plan to use a 1st gen lightsaber then channel isn't needed as much but your crystals WILL take one hell of a beating and will take a little longer to kill stuff but use less Force.

I definately want to go master powers. With its faults in mind, I still think I will have a lot of fun. My question is, should I go MLS/MPowers/ 3000Healing/0002 Enhancer or Mpowers/MLS/ 4004Healer. With 3000healer, I could heal HAM stat individually w/ channel force. With 4004 healer I could heal all states and healself......Thngs that make you go hmmmmmmm.... Thanks.

channel force is amazing - I am not sure I'd even want to play Jedi with out it.

Great for grinding , but I wouldnt use it in PVP, too risky.

I've used in PvP....it's all timing. You need to use food in conjunction (and spice if possible) with channel to compensate if you are taking a lot of damage. But really if you are buffed 3.5k HA and 2.5k in mind I don't see a problem doing channel in PvP....if you happen to run into emergencies all it takes is a brandy or vercup to give you back the stats you lose when you channel.

Somebody uses channel in combat with me theyre dead.
I combine a force choke, weaken on top of body hit 3 after a posture change. Additional losses from a force channel and the delay in combat que will kill you so fast , youll be dead before you hit the ground.
That being said- force channel in a pitched battle is VERY powerful, since you can back off from the battlefield and regen without using your holo. Vecupti typically has a 50 fill. I use the stomach for thakatillo, synsteak, and pikatta pie- no room for a vecupti. A neutron pixie is used as an emergency panic button to hit (it works outsie the combat que) but you have to use it only for escape- if you stay in the battle until the downer, once again youll die fast.
Just one jedi's humble opinion.

Anyone ran up against this nice little power? I've already had two marks use it. The first mark I fought for an hour straight(not exaggerating) and we finally decided to make a truce. The second Jedi would have taken an hour if another BH hadn't shown up at the thirty minute mark and jump into the fold. It seems that they can just continue to regen force which I rely on them to run out of since I'm pistols. It just ends up being hit hit hit heal heal heal hit hit hit heal heal heal and gets no where.
What I'm asking is, anyone ound a good strategy against this? Or maybe I just don't know enough about the power.

Every Jedi puts this power in his/her template. It's one of the most powerful Jedi powers available.
