well....why wait till they go LD...my power in my house reset, i was stuck in game, and i come back, and im missing XP. the logs where reset, so there is no tellingwho it was, just some cheap pr1ck that decided to kill me while i was in the middle of no where on dant.
a few week ago i was fighting with a jedi and it was quite even at first but after a bit i was clearlry getting theupper hand, when i incapped and deathblowed him disappeared straight away, i thought it was a bit strange he went so fast but just got my bike out and drove off thinking i had completed the mission, thejedi was on my friend list and about 3 mins later i noticed him come online, i thought that was weird cuz i would have noticed if he logged off and he hadnt..
then i checked my data pad and noticed i still had his mission and had not been paid for the job, this is not the first time something like this has happened, another 1 i remember is where the jedi just disapeared whenthe deathblow warmup barwas half way up..
and again in another fight i've noticed a jedi going LD when i was not far away from incapping him, i've come to the conclusion that some jed's are cheats and will pull the plug or disconnect when things are looking bad, i would not be suprised if they even practised it with each other so they know the best way to instantly exit out of a bad situation..
so this is why LD should ALWAYS come into effect with a sudden disconnection even though i'm quite sure that it can be got round if you know what your doing..
with this in mind i'll drop an LD jedi without losing any sleep at all beacause i've lost count of the amount of times a jedi has cheated me one way or another.

Yes there is. He could have used the /logout command instead of just disconnecing and would have disappeared immediately. Further he could have loged out in a safehouse like all others do.
Its a shame it was a connection loss, but these things happen. It's not as if the Jedi suffered irrepreble damage.
If you go AFK grinding, or AFK in the wild you put yourselves at risk from being AFK killed, accept it.
If you LD in the wild, again you put yourself at risk.
If you lose connection and die from it, get up, re-grind, and wait till they come for you again and kill them then, or kill them in PvP. There are plenty of legit ways to get revenge
I also have no problem killing AFK or LD marks
If the jedi is going LD in front of me, or is standing LD in front of the aukuan caves (just an example hehe)... its just an easy kill, nothing more...
I was hunting a jedi on tatooine, and I was winning (they all say that ofcourse, but I really was hehe), and the jedi tried running away. My computer crashed, and when I got back in the game, I found myself in the cloners... Sure it sucked (I wasnt insured.. so I lost a lot of condition on armor and stuff), but I consider it MY FAULT when my computer crashes, or internet connection goes offline.... it sure isnt the fault of the jedi who killed me, and neither will it be my fault if a jedi goes offline...
Server stability and massive lag are why permadeath is no longer in the game.
I would kill an LD jedi. They knew the consequences when they ground out the toon.

Just for information he had some type of connection loss. Should have stated that in the beginning.
If anyone with a conloss would gain some safe heaven what do you expect would happen?
Dont hate the player hate the game ....I will always ld kill,,
regards
I will kill LD jedi because I have no idea why they lost connection, whether purposely or not.
AFK Jedi: if they are running a macro - yes
if doing nothing - no
Because whoever is running the macro is either AFK grinding or expects a BH to come.
The other guy might have had to take a pee really bad!
