Yes, we have tested it on TC. Look for the other thread about today's TC testing. If you use a seeker on Kashyyyk you get the 'too many lifeforms' message and no name.

Has anyone tested it on TC? If you couldn't launch seekers on Kashyyyk, then it would still be broke. If you can launch one and it comes back, that's a different story. It might not tell you where they are, but it should still tell you WHO they are.
Ugh. That sucks, guys. Sorry to hear it.
And if I hear ANY of my fellow Jedi griping and complaining about this change....well...I'll....I'll be very disappointed in them. Unfortunately, I'm sure it's going to happen.
Hopefully that's a "final" change (except for not getting the name at all on Kashyyyk...that needs fixed) and one I hope makes it to live.

LOL
Sorry Tanks, but this is nothing to be jumping up and down about. I realize it was a big issue of you, but this is more of a bone being toss our way in leau of the screw job we just received.
All you will know is the name of the Jedi Knight that is about to whoop your ARSE! The issue still remains that 80% of missions taken will be for Jedi Knights.
On top of all this, you know that as soon as a Jedi logs out, the mission will drop. You know it will happen. Something they (SoE) develops will not work.
After years of being ignored, let's not run around saying the "Dev's Listen" because they ignored your comments about removing the name in the first place, ignored you about removing the dollars, ignore you about Wookie world, ignored you about reducing the XP loss and then throw you a bone and add names back on Seekers.

All I want to see fixed is the los exploits on kashyyyk, tired of writing up tickets.

Well it's good the the BH's will get the names of the marks from the seekers.
As far as the continued whining about Kashykk well it's not difficult to check the instances and instead of trying to push on removing XP or whatnot I think the real issue that needs to be addressed is the LOS bug that is there that is being used by both sides.
Just because you dont' feel like having to check the instances is not a valid argument to change the way kashykk is. You are still able to find your mark as it's quite obvious where they will be on Kashykk especially if they are grinding. It's a matter of time is all it is.
You guys got a bit spoiled with being able to find STATIC JEDI spawns which you easily took down the names and then usually pulled the lowest one of the group or one of the high ones if you though he was AFK. Sometimes didn't even have to run the trail and just farm the ones that are at the Clone spot.
So now you'll have to check each instance. BOO f'n HOO that was the way it was supposed to be in the first place. Most of the BH's that are complaining about the place and whatnot have never even been there but just jump on the Lazyness bandwagon of the others.
The problem with kashykk is not that Jedi are grinding there the problem is the LOS bug combined with the fact that they can find out you have their mission before you attack. If they fix those the so called fallacy of Kashykk being a safe haven will be dead and buried. The only reason its a safe haven is because of those bugs and the lazyness of BH's to do any effort to go there and hunt them. My point is proven on the laziness because I do see some that try to get the LOS bug fixed and also ask for the /duel thing to be changed but the majority of you just are too lazy to even try and push to have XP removed or some other way to make it easier.
Flame on if you wish it just proves my point even more. Fix the bugs on kashykk and it's not the safe haven that so many claim it to be.
