I will update the stickies after the CU and ROTW adjustment period is over. Have my hands full at the moment.

/shrug. Never say never. I remember the Dev's flat-out, no doubt about it, saying there would NEVER be any kind of player bounties.

NPC bounties will have creators with "guild" in it. Like the bounty hunters guild, etc. Jedi bounties will have specific names for the creator like Joe Blow, Jane Doe, etc. Also, Jedi bounties have fairly even payouts like 42k, 66k, etc. NPC bounties have odd (not odd numbered but ODD)payouts like 32,110 or 26, 450 etc.

My wife Ket and I only hunt Jedi who openly flaunt skills or wear robes in front of starports. If we see you do this then you go on our enemy list (friends list). Then we take time to track to see what you do aka guild, rank, and get all the details before we both go to term and track you individually until we find the planet you are on. Then from oposites sides of the planet we both come to your location. After this we are here to collect. We will drop your bounty and pay our employer if you pay us the amount of 150k and let u keep xp, otherwise we take you the harder more profitable way. If you do not wear the robes or ever show your skills around where they can be seen by PCs we know you will never make our list.

If your chargeing 150k to drop the bountys, sounds like your double teaming 100k and lower jedi. Lol

Great Post , Tanks. Ok folks. I am still relatively new to the BH profession. I used to be a Master Marksman/Master Carbineer/TKM. I became bored without having something to grind and dropped TKM about three weeks before the CU was released. Dropped it completely and started on Novice Bounty Hunter. I had the entire Carbine tree just a day or so later because of my Carbines XP being maxed out. I bought some droids and worked enough xp working level 1 missions to get my first box. grinded out level 2 missons and started jamming uplinks when the Guild needed it until Inv. 3. I now only need 8000xp for Inv. 4. I WILL NOT RESPEC. When i get my MBH, I want to say I did it. However, I see no reson that someone with a full template can't respec it. To each his/her own.

Send them a tell back: You're still Dead!

Bitterness is bitterness. Old hat, or new respec, it is still 200k of xp for them.

I myself respeced to master BH 2 days ago (after 3 month break with SWG), so i am one of those hated newbie BHs.

This is the first ranged char i have ever played (only melee chars before this) and i chose it only because it seemed to be a good defensive oriented ranged prof to go with my master rifleman (+ little pistoleer).

After 2 days of playing imust confess that i likeBH professionvery much. The reasonfor that is that BH missions offer more content than anything else on this game so far. Because of that i intend tostay BH at least for a while.

By the way, I only hunt npc's,i don't hunt jedis (although it might be nice if players could "volunteer" to become marks for BH. If they survive certain time, they get the mission price money)

I actually didn't respec to BH, just used the 4x xp to grind my way to it. I'm 1xx4 at the moment (goes with my Master Rifleman) and I'm learning the tricks of the trade this way.

I would like to ask one question though: if we kill a Jedi, does he lose his xp? I hear lots of talk about Jedi being "set back".
