Thread: The New Patch BH love ? NO !
*hands out the kneedpads* Those have helped me in my journey through Jedi. They don't help much though.

Exactly. Pub 19 helped a great many Jedi - hardly a nerf. What 20 does to BH *is* a nerf and is done in such an artificial manner that it is not even plausible. Bounty Hunters aren't BHs under this system - they're half-a$$ed private detectives trying to identify a suspect.
So you pick up a bounty and it says the Jedi is on Kash. The Jedi logs off a short time later, but you have no way of knowing that. You run thru every instance of every area looking for some unidentified person. Yeah... that sounds like fun...

BH said that because we knew that Jedi weren't getting nerfed. Look at MDef and MLS now... tell me that Jedi is gimped... pffft. This is a nerf. This is a royal "BH grab your ankles and close your eyes" kind of surprise. And give it a chance??? At what? In what universe does a person take a job and not know what the job is? Apparently, this one. So like the other guy said... I take a mission on a Jedi... if he's on Kash, my droid will tell me that it can't pinpoint it. At this point, I could delete the mission. If I keep it, I have to hunt Kashyyyk and in the mean time, the Jedi logs out... how will I know that?
Why can't we just have a spynet operative on the planet that the Jedi is on that "has seen the Jedi" that can give us his name? That would make more sense in an RP perspective.

I say give us the name from the probot or the seeker. Im keeping this sig till I or someone else gets a dev response because these changes are BS.

NOT all Jedi are MLS and/or MDef. Mpowers/Menhancer/Healer 4004 SHOULD be just as viable or even somewhere close and it's not.
That's like saying "well because pistoleer rifleman and combat medic are ok, screw the rest of the professions".
Funny. You call jedi whiners at pub 19, but now its your turn and what are you doing...whining.

For those that are BH 3000 that are upset, now you know how jedi feel when their abilites go up the ladder and off their temp with an update. Like when Healer x2xx could heal BF then next day it was moved to master and you could no longer do it with out grinding millions more in xp.
Hopefully this pub will persuade all the bottom feeder BH's to quit and just leave the MBH's that know how to play and who don't mind actually working for their money. To the low end griefers...bu-bye.

The thing is with all you Jedi is that you dont realise that without your Jedi skills you would probably have your rear end handed to you on a plate. The only thing that makes you 'good' is your Jedi skills, they make you the most powerfull character in the game so it should be hard ! I wont quit Bounty Hunting it has just annoyed me and if you hadnt noticed the forums are where you voice your opinions *gasp*. As for all those just calling me an idiot, I will assume you lack the intelligence to form a proper response. The reason I used big red letters was to provoke a response and it looked like it has worked.
If you try to take out a Master Defender / Master Healer in a conventional fight it is impossible if the Jedi knows what he is doing. This is what you are subjecting Bounty Hunters who are starting out to. It will only mean the start of 'OMFGLAMZ0R' BH tactics like befriending the Jedi and then killing them when they have told you they are going to get a drink.
Onmi Scient So know this is ALL the Jedi have to do as BH'ing on Kashyyyk wont be viable any more.
- Doing increasingly easy villiage quests
- Kill and maim the entire populus of wildlife inhabiting the Ryatt Trails more than once.

I've watched plenty of Jedi "full templates" die to "normals" I've also watched "normals" with pretty hard core templates die to paddys 10 or more cl's lower then them.
when you put people behind he wheel of identical cars in a race there will always be 1 winner...they dont all cross the finish line at the same time....
And if I had my pre Jedi template...you would still lose.

This 'Learn how to play arguement' really is wearing a bit thin. Most of the time I will kill someone from 100k - 180k but from then on it gets very hard. The fact that is that if a Jedi Knight even has the slightest idea what he is doing YOU WILL LOSE, doesnt matter because they have cleared out the Ryatt Trails numerous times right?Thats the thing, it takes no skill to be a 'good' Jedi PvPer against any normal profession.
