If you do get a weapon made with good tissue get your WS to try to cap dmg and SAC. As for the slice, if you get a weapon made with capped or near capped dmg, slice either speed or crit. The slicing cap is lower than the slicing cap (which makes no sense at all). I choose speed and am very happy with the outcome.
