a good rifle should have around 82dac and 1182 max damage

unfortunatly my Adv LR hits harder than any T21's i've been able to find. I always look for a high minimum damage and keep plenty of damage powerupsin my pack.

Get yourself a good rifle with mods (some of the looted ones have them, especially Covert Retaliation and Nullifier-X) and a good max damage. Find an illegal booster core, and havemaster smuggler slice the rifle for max damage. Then, stock up on sac reducing powerups, and go at it. At least, that's what works for me and a friend.

Best Rifle for MBH/MR is hands down a good HLR. Most of the rifles listed here have the same Max Dmg Cap but this one has bonus Acc and elemental damage. Here's a screenie of mine without a PuP:
