by my calculations, ihave atleast 78 inate armor, and now a psg 2000 on top of it. i really dont miss that belt so much after all.

A PSG won't protect you from a bowcaster and a great many other weapons, as well. You'd do well to remember that.

Tell me why exactly I’d be looking at an energy weapon over a any of these crafted and tricked out or Quest reward weapons?
Honestly the only reason I’m peeved about the Mabari Belt is it’s the only belt that looks halfway decent on a female toon /shrug

Because, like myself, Carbineers best kinetic weapon happens to be the Czerka... and truthfully, it's not that great of a weapon. It's a CL50 weapon and doesn't have a high enough min/max damage. I hunt with my Special Ops Bola Carb(until scopes are fixed) and after being sliced for damage, it has a high min/max damage and would be very near what other weapons consider capped.
Out of all honesty, that PSG will only matter for the first3 or4 hits at the most. I come in with a KD, confusion shot, bleed, snare... that PSG has already burned itself out. Now I begin my damage attacks and that PSG won't be blocking much considering that it will never have enough time to actually regen.

There's more to efficiency than just damage, you know. Your energy rifle does maybe 100-200 points more damage per shot than a Scatter, but how long are you giving your opponent between shots? And how much of your Action bar are those shots using?
my ALR is 493 - 1183 DMG and with a SAC pup, my action bar NEVER runs out (58 SAC)

Accuracy bonuses on guns don't work. It's just a cosmetic figure that has zero impact on how much extra damage or how often you hit. there is a thread in the weaponsmiths forum about it.
