Ok well I didnt really read the whole thing, but just a little bit of each paragraph.

Some BH are okay with hunting the same faction, and I myself ( not a jedi, or even close to one, or even desire to be one, FYI ) think its wrong. Those are the true "scumbags" of your server. Now you might counter that with " BH are suppose to be the scum of the universe. " Well you can say that, but lets get the the point. We are all humans in real life, and not one of us like to have no friends.

Okay and about the movies, if you havent realized, we are not going by the movies. There was not a huge BH vs jedi war in the movies. There were not 3 billion jedi in the movies. You dont see people in the movies wearing scout armor and a jetpack. Noone in the movies wear a mandal helm, pieces of bone armor, and composite armor in the same suit. I can keep going but I dont feel like it.Just shut up. You are making a fool of yourself, and if you think this thread is going anywhere, your wrong buddy. I cant tell you how many people, most people NOT jedi, hate same faction BHs.

You just killed your own argument with this statement. If we are not going by the movies, why shuold u care if he hunts same faction Jedi?

I could care less if he hunts same faction jedi. If he wants to do group activites that involves jedi ( GCW, Avatar, DWB etc ) and not be trusted, so be it. I just dont agree with this thread, as im sure many jedi would flame it. Frankly im getting tired of threads like this, trying to piss jedi off. I bet thats the whole reason jedi trolls are here in teh first place.

BTW you made no sense. How does same faction hunting and the movies have ANYTHING in common?

Please explain.

Obviously you feel that him hunting same faction is being a traitor to the Imperial cause. Otherwise you wouldn't have cared or replied to this thread. You said that this isn't the movies. Thereisn't anybodyrunning around with bone armor etc. etc. By saying that, you are agreeing that we are ignoring continuity. So that in essense kills your whole argument, i.e. my first sentence in this reply.

To all people who say... I would never hunt my own faction..

Well I am "insert race, class, county, ethnicity, religion, etc."

And if i was a BH in real life "yes they exist" and I ran into a bounty that shared the same "above" I would still bring him in.

All this talk of "you hunt your own faction how dishonable" is bogus. The only people I would not bring in is close friends and family.

And only a few jedi rate as that in my game play... every other jedi same faction or not is fair game.

Well, if you read the very last line on my original post, I challenge anyone to show me where there were Dark Jedi being used by the Emperor. That icluded any of the Dark Horse comics, the books, whatever. keep in mind that Force Sensitives are completely different from Jedi. You didn't see Mara Jade walking around doing force choke and shooting lightning out of her finger tips.

I'm a fan of the EU and will gladly include the EU into any of my arguments. Keep in mind that I am an Imperial officer who works for the Imperial Inquisition. I belong to an all BH guild is has been ordered by theEmperor to track down all Jedi. But a smart Bounty Hunter knows when to kill and when someone may prove usefull.

Your missing the point there buddy...the Book go some 20 years forwards and backs bases around the timeline of the orgnial 6 movies....Who do u think Exar Kun was he was the sith leader the jedi killed and all his sith....That is when the force became out of balance....The jedi killed them selfs in the long run...Your still tring to get some to show u a empiral jedi that lived on when the emperor was alive that used the force..There arnt any becouse the emperor was such a chicken that he did not let any be around...A true Sith leader would have made a army of all dark jedi much like in the books lol...A sith leader as the emperor is not unstopable...A army trained by him would be...That is why the emperor failed...

Two thousand years before Palpatine's Empire, a group of Jedi broke from the order to form their own Sith order. Believing that true power lay not in the Light Side of the Force, but in the Dark, they waged a bloody war against the Jedi. Based on ambition that excluded the sharing of power, the Sith began conspiring against each other, undermining their own war against the Jedi. The Sith who had survived when all of his fellows had died had understood [patience]. He had adopted patience as a virtue when the others had forsaken it. He had adopted cunning, stealth, and subterfuge as the foundation of his way - old Jedi vitrues the others had disdained. He stood aside while the Sith tore at each other like kriks and were destroyed. When the carnage was complete, he went into hiding, biding his time, waiting for his chance. When it was believed all of the Sith were destroyed, he emerged form his concealment.

At first he worked alone, but he was growing old and he was the last of his kind. Eventually, he went out in search of an apprentice. Finding one, he trained him to be a Master in his turn, then to find his own apprentice, and so to carry on their work. But there would only be two at any one time. There would be no repetition of the mistakes of the old cult. Their common enemy was the Jedi, not each other. It was for their war with the Jedi they must save themselves. The Sith who reinvented the order called himself Darth Bane.

This was well after the time of Exar Kun. So, I must say... you are dead wrong.

Oh jeez man... don't make me break out "The Darkside Sourcebook." You're talking to an AD&D nerd who has the Star Wars RP books. Consider them the best source of EU knowledge since extensive research into everything Star Wars was done by Wizards of the Coast and by West End Games back when they still owned the rights.

Here... how about this:

Tempted by the promise of powers he arrogantly believed he could control, Exar Kun went from promising Jedi apprentice to formidable Sith Lord with barely a backward glance. Filled with curiosity and convinced there was nothing he could not handle, he heeded the advice of the Dark Jedi spirit Freedon Nadd, who found in Exar Kun an apt and willing pupil. But even Freedon Nadd was surprised at how eagerly Exar Kun embraced the dark side.

Consumed by pride and ambition, Jedi student Exar Kun had a dark place in his heart that even his vaunted master, Vodo-Siosk Baas, could not reach. An excellent student and a master swordsman, Exar Kun was fascinated with the powers of the ancient Sith Lords. Supremely confident, Kun felt that he could separate out the dark side from the abilities used by the Sith, and use those abilities to greatly expand the Jedi Order's understanding of the Force. But Kun was stymied by Master Vodo, who constantly warned his student to heed only the lessons Vodo himself taught him. Impatient and irritated, Exar Kun abandoned Master Vodo's training and went in search of darker power.

His travels brought him to Onderon, where he learned of the Sith tomb of Freedon Nadd on Onderon's moon, Dxun. Encountering Freedon Nadd's spirit, Exar Kun learned of the Sith crypts on Korriban, and journeyed there to continue his search. On Korriban, he again spoke with Freedon Nadd's spirit, who tricked Kun into at first accepting the dark side, then embracing it. Under Nadd's ghostly tutelage, Kun traveled on to Yavin 4, the last stronghold of the Sith Empire, where a thousand years before Naga Sadow went into exile. Captured there by the primitive descendants of Sadow's Massassi warriors, Exar Kun escaped his own execution and seized a dark side amulet from among Sadow's treasures, using it to escape the gargantuan dark side beast that the Massassi brought forth to devour him. He then turned the weapon on Freedon Nadd, destroying the dark side spirit forever.

Now the master of the Massassi rather than their captive, Exar Kun sought out the ancient relics Naga Sadow brought to Yavin 4 and discovered among them the instruments of Sith alchemy. Turning these devices on his now-loyal Massassi subjects, Exar Kun transformed them into mighty warriors, then set out in Naga Sadow's ancient battleship to track down others who Kun sensed had the dark side training to usurp his power. He found them on Cinnagar -- the Sith acolyte Aleema Keto and her Dark Jedi lover, Ulic Qel-Droma. He and Ulic fought for supremacy, but their battle was cut short by the appearance of a group of Sith spirits, led by none other than Marka Ragnos -- Naga Sadow's predecessor. Ragnos declared that Exar Kun would be the new Dark Lord of the Sith, and that Ulic Qel-Droma would be his first apprentice. Together, the two would conquer the galaxy and build a new Sith Empire.

Exar Kun began his part of the work by recruiting several impressionable Jedi students from the Jedi learning center on Ossus, bringing them to Yavin 4, then using the power of a Sith holocron to turn them to the dark side. After sending them out on missions to assassinate their former masters, Kun traveled to Coruscant to secure the release of Ulic Qel-Droma, who had brashly attacked the center of the Republic in hopes of a swift victory. In the process he once more faced his former master, Vodo-Siosk Baas, this time armed with a double-bladed lightsaber of his own construction. Master Vodo did not have a chance, and fell to his former student.

Kun and Ulic escaped back to Yavin 4, where they planned their next attack against the Jedi learning center on Ossus. Arranging for Aleema Keto to use a Sith artifact to trigger a supernova, the two launched their forces at the evacuating Jedi, while they themselves went in search of Jedi relics to plunder. While Ulic battled his brother Cay Qel-Droma, Exar Kun returned with his treasure to Yavin 4 -- only to be betrayed by Ulic to the Jedi. Blocked from using the Force -- light or dark -- by his former paramour Nomi Sunrider, Ulic Qel-Droma surrendered to the Jedi and told them where to find Exar Kun's secret base.

Seeing that the Jedi fleet in the skies above him was poised to destroy him, Exar Kun opted for a somewhat risky escape. Utilizing the alchemical apparatus he used to mutate the Massassi, Exar Kun divested himself of his physical body and took refuge within one of his temples, knowing that his spirit would live forever and waiting for the day when he could take his vengeance on the Jedi.

Do you want his stats too?

Same faction, different faction - if you don't want to be hunted, don't be a Jedi, or at the very least try NOT get get visibility. When you do get hunted, don't complain, regardless of the BH's faction. You knew it was part of the deal when you decided to go Jedi. Some people will hunt same faction, others won't. It's part of the game, same faction hunting is obviously ALLOWED, so deal with it.

being a rebel colonel, i never ever hunt rebel jedi
but thats just how i choose to play

for a jedi to expect same faction BH's to not hunt them is asking a bit too much
jedi (including my own) are prey and should always be on alert no matter the faction

keep packing the cloner full of bodies shaike (just so long as they arent KRS bodies )

I dunno about anyone else, but the OP lost all credibility in my eyes when he constantly spelled Vader "Vadar"...no self-respecting SW geek would make that error.
