I'll put up an hour of grinding, just like the LOS jedi.

i dont know why this is so funny. those that fear you run. those that don't put their foots in your arses. simple logic. not to generalize, but a good number of you only take missions you KNOW you will win. if they know you will win, then they will run. Ill admit using the los is wrong. so i learned to pvp. I don't use it. But last night a reb showed up in my city while I was adjusting my inventory right outside of my house. I ran inside. I may have been able to beat him. I didn't feel too lucky. so i hid. but please don't act like your big and bad. do full temps put up houses and run into the los when you arrive. then you'll know your a bad mother "shut yo mouth".

oh yeah. i read all the forums that pertain to the areas of the game that Im interested in.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't AFK grinding against the rules??? So, no, not an exploit. Just plain and simple cheating.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong again, but how many posts do you see on the Jedi forum asking how to AFK grind???

That's right, none. And why??? Because its cheating, and if your caught telling people how to cheat, its banland for you.

Camping one spot to grind is one thing, and not really an exploit at that, just sad. AFK grinding on the other hand is against the TOS tbh.

video game courage in relation to jedi in this game, since that is what we are talking about right, would be not runningto the los every time a player comes onto view, or maybe even not using the /duel exploit to see if someone has your mission. or in relation to my prof. i rarely have ever taken mission below 175k and most of my marks have been between 200k and 226k now being that i never hunt in gank squads most of the time i lose. i am happy with a 35% winning percentage because it takes more courage to go up against the big boys alone with almost no chance of winning even with our fabled 1st strike ability.

Cowardice and honor is not something that can be guaged through a video game. Get over it.

An outmanned unit holding their position against an incoming enemy force. A Marine dragging their wounded comrade out of the line of fire, while putting themselves in harm's way. Diving on a grenade to save the dozens of men around you.

Tackling a purse snatcher to help some woman you never met. Pulling a kid out of the way of an oncoming car, when they aren't paying attention. Buying a homeless person something hot to eat on a cold, bitter winter's day.

These are just a few things that can determine cowardice and honor. Not a video game. No, sir.

A good statment, but I disagree. Behavior is behavior is behavior, no matter if it is in a foxhole, ground zero, a disaster site or a video game. I belive that an honerable, brave person will walk that tau no matter what situation they are in. I belive this to be true for cowardice and shame as well.

I call BS on this story. Maximum groups only have 8 people. And most people aren't afk. It's not an exploit to hunt there.

I was doing the Ryatt Trail quests with some pals, getting my proton carb, etc...

I had never been there before so it was interesting to check it all out, it was a good time. We came upon the exploit spot we were amazed at what we saw. There must have been 20 jedi in a tight cluster fighting 2 webweavers. As soon as the jedi spotted us about half of them bolted for the bridge like cowards. We continued on to kill wild wookies.

At the bridge I went to spatial chat and said "so this is where the Jedi cheat". This offended of few of them. They immediatly corrected me and stated this is where they "hunt". I corrected him, i pointed out that they hide from BH here and use exploits to run like sissies.

So now fora jedi to hunt they must travel across the galaxy to a backwater planet to a remote location instead of their local mission terminal.

A call to all BH. Send a lookout to the exploit site, get the missions, go there and kill.NeXuS waits bu the trail entrance (a solid tactic for patient BH). They must learn that there is no safe place.

I got a different story for you, I was on the trials in a grinding group when a BH shows up. A few run to the bridge, Duel him whatever. I stayed out in the open, did not duel..did not do anything to show alarm. As a level 80 I am sure the fact that I did not react gave him a bit of hesitation, if his mission was in fact on me. He stood around for about 15-20 min, while trying to get us to engage alot of wookies. Eventually he attacks me while I was engaged with a couple of wookies, I admit I ran to the bridge, to fight a BH with a couple of wookies hitting me at same time is suicide. I take some food, equip my rifle and wait for group to take out a couple of wookies, about 1 min....Then I come out. After a fairly short fight, I got his health down to about 100, when he runs to the Bridge and says you win.

Point is everybody uses the LOS problems to there advantage. The Jedi are not cheating by grinding there. I was a little upset that I did not get to DB this BH, as he was the first one I would have beaten, the first 2 visits I got smoked by the BH. But I got over it.

Well at least it is good to know that no other profs. in the game have courage. Hell that is one more thing that I am surprise i haven't heard the BH community complain they don't have and that it isn't fair. I give you props for hunting marks above the 175k mark, it is good to know that at least there are a couple of you left out there.

But the fact still remains that it is only smart to run if you are not fully templated or know that you can defeat your enemy. If there was no loss to jedi then I would say do as you please, either run or stay and fight. But the system doesn't work that way and it is only beneficial for theBH if the Jedistays and takes the chance.

AFK grinding is not an exploit....

HOWEVER...

AFK Grinding on a known LOS bugged spot where you are practically invulnerable because of that bug IS an exploit.

An exploit is defined as using a game bug diliberately and knowingly to gain an advantage / skill / credits etc.

K this post is retarded.... Jedi are supposed to hide right... and people complain every time they see one... and now when jedi go to a planet where they can be hidden and feel safe for alittle while people have to complain about that? when yu go to places that have things spawn for you to kill there should be nothing wrong with using that spot... i personaly dont use the ryyatt trail cause it is not safe. and when a jedi tryies to run off and hide... can you really blame them? Im sure any one would run for cover if things where blowing up all around you and your life is in danger ( in RL) so why not try and stay alive in game?... i hate when people complain and i hate talking about this stuff... makes me wonder why no one is ever happy with what is given to them? they always want more and to be better then every one else .......................... any way....

bye
