i've ehard of a jedi getting 5 bh friends to hold his misison so other bh's can't take his misison, but I guess the 'removing names for terminals' fixed that. very exploitive though. and could still be done(if 5 people take bh misisons and track em down till they know for sure hwich jedi it is,then do that until they get thir friends, but hey people are depsrate for not getting on terms).

/sigh
I don't know why these glowstick guys just can't learn to stop flashing their glowstick in public.

I think the answer to this question would have to be
1) this is a game and they are paying to play just like you.
2) The Lightsaber or (Glowstick) as it has become affectionatly known is the Weapon of choice, and the only weapon used by the Jedi.
3) just to annoy the piss out of you, because everytime they pay their monthly subscription, and log into the game it is for the sole purpose of making you feel bad, and cry.
I hope that helps in answering the question.
Now onto the OT.
They probably died by being DBed by their friend. Either that or maybe the creatures they were fighting DBed the Jedi.
I serriously doubt that the buddy of this Jedi was a BH, and had his mission. It would take too much effort to always have your friends mission when you went out hunting.
More than likely this post is meant to stir up a non-issue, and should be treated as such.

FYI I pay the same 15 bucks a month that you do,so why should you be getting abilities that and such that are very difficult to attain for casual players? I've played for the past year straight, but I don't grind. I go out and have fun with my life,I don't sit at home grinding for days on end. So why am I being punished(well not rewarded anyways), for having a life?
You claim you're balanced out. But you Jedi can do Force Cloak and do vette runs all day solo, easily making at least the very least a few hundred K from selling the loots. In order for I,a non-Jedi, to do the same thing I have to either get a full group of Level80 non-Jedi or bring in some Jedi. Which isn't fair that we have to go do in groups what you do solo. Again we both pay the same monthly fee. Where is the balance in all this(sorry for hijacking and putting in a Jedi Flame, but I don't like them trolling on our forums and acting all self-righeous like they're better than us.)

Too slow?!! Easier said than done specially for a MRM with stoping shot if you can get it to stick and keep the jedi rooted or kd at 60+ meters its kinda hard to just be there to get the db the instant you incap the mark.

Because whenwe usea rifle, you cry about all the rifle toting Jedi and beg to have the hybrids nerfed.

Hearing BHs talk about how easy it is to stay off the terms is just killing me. How exactly is it that were supposed to actually participate in ANYTHING other than grinding critters without using a saber or Powers? Avatar? sorry. DWB? nope, NPCs there too. Geo cave? Night Sisters? GCW?The Vette? No,no, no and no. Sorry, the only thing you get to do is kill mission spawn & maybe a Krayt Dragon, but don't let anyone see you do it. Yeah... I know that the most popular profession in the game is BH, and yes, they like to do fly-bys on any Jedi they see grinding just for the sake of adding to their Vis; but that's your problem. Need attachments? Buy them off the next BH that gloats about how you should have stayed off the terms. Need money? Too bad. Get back to grinding, but watch out for those random NPC spawns. If one does pop on ya, just log off for 3 weeks till your vis clears. I knew I was goingto be hunted before I became a Jedi and I really don't mind, but man... give it a rest with the whole stay off the terms thing.

Even worse are the BHs thatpreach about how any Jedi that looses needs more practice PvPing with their template, then cry about all the Jedi out doing just that and tell us to stay off the terms till we know how to fight...

Hate to inform everyone of this, but todaya fellow guild Jedi and I tested to see exactly how hard it is to get the specific mission. Without going into details ( I do not want how this is done to become widespread knowledge ) here are our results. 1st try took me just over 5 minutes to get the mission, and I dropped it right away to retry. 2nd attempt took me 13 minutes, dropped it and try again. 3rd attempt took me 11 minutes, dropped it and went back to hunting NPCs. All I can say is that it is not hard, or time consuming to find a friends mission. Like I said I would love to tell you what we did, but these walls have eyes and ears.

Well, I left Dec. 3rd and like I promised I came back to give you another chance.
So Sony, impress me with the new system - not good enough, back to WoW 3/06 !
I am back again 3 months later giving you 1 last chance.
Looks like I will be staying, keep up your hard work.

What are you doing 60 meters away when his health is that low, rifles or not? A BH friend might be able to hold a Jedi's mission, but the Jedi can't give his BH friend the deathblow if you get it first. If you pay attention to the damage your weapon is doing, there's no reason to be that far away when he goes down.

Either he was next to you as you ran through all of the available missions so you could easily target him after every one you accepted to see if he was your mark, or you're full of it.

Not really. It just takes a cooperative or stupid jedi, depending on whether you're looking to act like a lameass punk or kill them.

I actually just had this happen the other day. Purely by chance was patiently stalking a jedi at the same time as another BH. I was under cover watching him fight pickets from a distance and waiting for just the right moment. As soon as he was incapped, I get up, burstrun to his location just in time to see another BHrun up& db him.& of course the jedi had other jedi friends there who couldn't help trash talking about the "cheap tactic". lol

i dont see what the problem is, if their friend db's them cause of duel left on, you still have their mission, wait outside the cloners

Then why did my mission drop.. He must of had the same mission then and used it wen she was incapped... Either way this is cheap.

Anyone can do the db, doesnt have to be another bh. as the Jedi is fighting all he has to do is be dueling another player in the group. The other player can do the db immediatly and no xp loss.

If the time stamp on your post is any indication. The reason why it was quick to get your mission, is that more than likely, there were only a few jedi online at the moment. If only 10 jedi are online, it easy to burn through those names and get your mission. If there are 200 jedi online, then it's a bit more difficult.

It's very easy now for casual players to attain jedi. This is actually the easiest and least grinding it has ever been.

I've played for the past year straight, but I don't grind. I go out and have fun with my life,I don't sit at home grinding for days on end. So why am I being punished(well not rewarded anyways), for having a life?

You are actually being punished for not playing the game. Where as others are being rewarded for playing the game.

let's see. 30k per mission. About 3 missions per hour. And depending on the loot you get in those 3 missions, can be worth between 30k and 10 million. And surprisingly, this is all solo.

Which isn't fair that we have to go do in groups what you do solo.

The only thing in game that myBounty Huntercan't do solo is the DWB. And even jedi can't do that solo. Krayts. Check, can solo. (it's very quick with 2 bounty hunters) Avatar. Well, it would be difficult, but can do that solo. (with 2 bounty hunters it quicker than with 2 jedi) Corvette. Well, now that I know how to do the Corvette, and since there is no decay or wounds, can easily do that with my BH. Geno Caves. Check. Can solo. Necrosis. Can't do that solo, and neither can my jedi.

Again we both pay the same monthly fee. Where is the balance in all this(sorry for hijacking and putting in a Jedi Flame, but I don't like them trolling on our forums and acting all self-righeous like they're better than us.)

So from what I'm getting from your statements is you don'tknow how to play yourBH right andyou want everything given to you.
