In my experience the tef works about 5% of the time.
So yes, it was an isolated incident. No fix as of yet.

yeah, I found about it when I was testing attacks on my Jedi, lol. dropped the mission and then I got perma tef to myself now, lol.

Yah, if someone stops attacking me after the first incap, or runs off, I don't really feel the need to kill them.
