Thread: POLL: JEDI vs BH
neither because the jedi just held out long enough to run away , and I didnt get paid. If nobody died/incapped nobody won, lost, or came to a draw.

b) Jedi once more only a win after 3 days when the mission is auto drop'ed
c) Draw once again must be agreed by both party's
a bounty hunters job is to kill their mark or be paid off. untill that time its not a win for him where as a jedi job is to survive. if he runs and the BH doesnt kill him its a jedi win but ONLY after 3 days because any time sooner and the BH still has time to restrike. if he runs and pay's the BH off then its a Bounty Hunter win's. its down to the death of the mark or the transfer of credits to the BH untill then its free game.

it's a different mentality....BH's have an incentive to fight...cash...andwe can cause suffering forour opponents (some BH's get off on that)...add to those factors that the system is set up to allow a BH to fight onour own terms, if at all...while the Jedi can be caught anyplace, at any time.
Jedi on the other hand gain nothing but survival....whether we DB our opponentor just escape, as long as we don't die, we have won.
I play both a Jedi and several BH's.....undefeated with my Jedi post CU and my BH's rarely lose...and only then, because I get lazy and there is no real reason not to die...not worth the insane stress level that comes with an undefeated character.
first case i'd say BH victory. in a RP sense, yes he did lose, but when i play i just like to beat people in pvp to show i'm a badass.
second case BH still. stopped the jedi from gaining exp, and forced them into hiding.

c---- No one clearly won the "engagement"
None of the above in the case of the second postion. BH niether won or lost. Jedi niether won or lost. But, no clear engagement took place so it can't be a draw. Therefore, none of the above.
well, since the jedi has nothing to gain out of the encounter...
IMO, as long the BH doenst get paid, and the jedi doesnt lose xp....
