i killed one was fk cloacked jut got a kimo to fight me on top of him it oe attacks made short work of him waite for him to clone bang he dead

Cloak the bane of our existence. Yes it is frustrating but with persistence you will eventually catch the cloaker, and the kill is that much more worth while.

If you wanted cloak to be right, then it should only cloak you to whoever you have targeted. I don't think even the most powerful jedi could make themselves invisible to EVERY living thing with eyes on the planet...

They cannot use ticket vendors and shuttle cloaked for a fact. If a Jedi cloaked and chooses not to fight, if he's smart he doesn't have to. Not all Jedi are required to be BH content. Some have cloak and choose to not fight. I do the same when I'm not in the mood or busy with a project in game. But I've won every duel with a BH, including the MBH/MCMs. So I rarely choose not to fight.

Cloaking does have it's limits and there are strategies to counter it that I will never mention. But it's not any of this area KD or bringing ppl to drain force or any of the other REALLY RETARDED ideas and exploits others mention.

That is not possible. I can stand in middle of a krayt dragon cloaked and not take a SINGLE hit. So this scenerio DIDN'T happen to a cloaked Jedi.

Because it could be viewed as exploiting - you dont see anything where the Jedi is, the Jedi is clouding your mind. The reason that this only happens in simple shadow mode (and all shadow modes with higher detail turn off the shadow of a cloaked Jedi) should tell you something. This is the reason why with pub 23 there will be no more shadows from cloaked Jedi according to the Test Center patch notes.
