I don't think they can use ticket vendors, but I think they can use tickets already purchased

Heh, cloak isn't too much of a big deal... though it is a little lame knowing that they'll just run and cloak if the battle isn't in their favor... What HAS been p*ssing me off is this damn "Can not KD recover while KD" ... heck, kd in general is borked.

i had a mark who got away on dathomir once through cloaking. i waited five minutes and used droids to catch up with him. he went AFK while cloaked and meditating ... apparently thinking that he was thumbing his nose at me knowing i'd track him down again. what he didn't think of was that there was 20 level 76-ish nightsister slaves over the hill from him, so i started attacking all of them a few feet from the jedi. all those NPCs were enough to drain his force uncloaking him.

i got the DB, and he probably came back to the computer thinking, WTH?

As per above, the cloak can be a useful tool, if turned to your advantage... the drain on the Jedi force is quite high when there are multiple characters, creatures or npcs within a close radius... and of course everybody knows that once the force has drained, game over

And just for the record. If a BH comes I'll cloak, because I doubt I can beat the BH, unless they're one of the few non-cm BH, it's a defence that works. Very few are going to willingly lose x amount of xp, and they can't travel around forever, they can't mount or buy tickets tho I expect the /board trans command still works, Cloak drains force, with a 5.5k force pool (with robes) I'll drain out fast once I'm surrounded by more than 7 peeps. It's a temp measure, and for the most part some nutricake and burst run/snare/electrolyte will keep you close enough to prevent it.

we had an attack from a jedi in my city one day attacking our bases. he had all 3 of his characters attacking at one time and kept putting the jedi on auto follow, so we lured him into the mine fields, and when he fell incapped the cloak broke and the BH killed him lol, needless to say he logged out pissed

Fine in pvp but most Jedi Grind on leave. Interesting touch though with next pub Turrets will attack cloaked Jedi again.

Because it could be viewed as exploiting - you dont see anything where the Jedi is, the Jedi is clouding your mind. The reason that this only happens in simple shadow mode (and all shadow modes with higher detail turn off the shadow of a cloaked Jedi) should tell you something. This is the reason why with pub 23 there will be no more shadows from cloaked Jedi according to the Test Center patch notes.

I think cloak should AT LEAST be moved to the master box. Cloak is by far the best special of Force Powers (I've asked many M.Powers) and thereby should be in a Master box to give M.Powers an accomplishment feeling for have M. Powers and to reduce the problem of dabblers.
