you act as if you are from the same server. maybe armoris priced that way on his server, maybe you can find some for less on yours. his message wasnt to buy any 5 million set armor you can find. simply most ris has higher condition than other armorsso it will last a while,also many of them are made with health bonus which is a clear advantage.
1.) psgs no worky against melee, friend says they do if they have 100% recharge but i havent tested it so i can't tell ya for sure
2.) really nice battle combo is to get all padded armour with an RIS helmet. put any nice AA's in the RIS helmet and adk if you can afford it...if not whatever, don't waste AA til you can i says.

No RIS would cost about the same on my server and it still isn't worth it. The main cost of RIS is the components used and the difficulty to obtain the armor. It's not really worth it anyway you look at it - not unless you have a couple ADK's you want to slap on it.

The armor is Sliced to be resistant to +Armor Break+ so this is really isn't going to be that much of a problem....
