Thread: How's this armor for Jedi fighting?

While I know that typically Recon Armor is the armor of choice for battling Jedi I'm afraid that my template doesn't allow for it without massive hinderances. My template does allow me to wear Battle Armor without encumberances though and I was astounded to find this armor. I've had it sliced and believe it should server me well. What do you think?

buy a RIS armor with high energy resi like i did...only 5 mill a set when youre lucky like me ^^

i've killedfull tempswith 5000 energy resist composite, so this should work out pretty nicely

psgs don't protect against melee attacks, also did you look at the screenshot he posted? his armor is 7112 energy, why would he buy worse ris armor?

My armor has 7100+ Energy resistance and it was only 650k - why would I spend millions on RIS that would be inferior for my hunting needs?


P.S. That shield is completely useless against a Jedi as their attacks are consdiered melee and completely bypass the shield.

Also - while I know that higher is better I'm not exactly sure what this outlandish numbers mean. What percentage reduction would 7100 energy armor actually provide? 50 percent? More?

my ubese armor pieces are 7100-7300 energy resist along with a shield. it gets the job done pretty nicely

once again psgs do not protect against melee attacks.
