The best time to do it is from about 100m away from a shuttleport, where you are on the other side of a building and are /targeting the dot on ur radar. The BH isn't even loaded sometimes

It drives the BH crazy so that's why most people are doing it, at least the high lvl Jedi. Most of th jedi I know with full temps are looking forward to a BH attack. The /duel-/endduel thing is being used on players form lvl1 to lvl 80 just to tick of the opposition.
