Thread: Excuse me while I vent a bit...
Grinding my alt up to be the Bounty Hunter I used to be... Bit of advice dont sit waiting for them to come back just leave keep the mission go off do something else. Wait for them to log back in and you can get them at a weakness again. Always pick your time.... never rush your attack and remember suprise is your best weapon.
The jedi that I shot off his speederbike into the middle of a lake was mighty suprised to be sure he was even more suprised when I deathblowed him not even having taken one hit myself....
Ill add that I also follwed him for 4 days learning his hunting pattern and routes had a friend to buzz him make him run scared to his house... where I was waiting on the route to ambush him on his way back...![]()
Okay, just a little update....
Xxao hunts -GuNNeR- Round Two: Last night around 1:00 AM Central.
So, after telling this guys IG friend that i dropped his mission
he finally logs back onto his jedi. I didn't want to jump the gun, so I chilled out in Endor space killing Black Suns for a while longer. Back to the hunt. My Arakyd tracks this guy to Endor so I head on over and notice that his location is in the DWB. At this point I was elated. Then, as I was driving over there, my big mistake became obvious. This guy must have had a /findfriend macro running LMFAO, because he sent me a message saying nothing was going to go down. I let him know that my payoff to drop the mission was now 100k and that I'd be merrily camping right where the DWB spits the characters out after the crafting. Well, about 30 min. into the camp, I notice he triple incapped down there (on purpose?). So after I was sure he wasn't getting a rez, I ran a Seeker Track and headed for the outpost. On my way back there, I got a wp update to where the Force Shrine on Endor is and he quicklly logged out. ROFL!
Well, still not dropping this one...I'm more dedicated than ever. There is plenty of other things for my BH to do in the meantime and if he is willing to essentially stop playing his Jedi, no sweat off my back.
The humor in it is that he can probably tool me anyway...Oh Well ![]()

Then why did the Jedi choose to be on the terminals? Jedi who don't wish to be hunted by BH know exactly how to avoid it.Getting on the terminals is like getting pregnant - it doesn't happen "accidentally", we know exactly what causes it.
haha apparently you've never played as a jedi..
No, and I have no interest to... but that still doesn't change the fact that the mechanics for gaining visibility are known and there is no way anyone else can make a Jedi gain visibility. It's all up to the indiscreet Jedi and his choices.
You choose to use your powers or flash your saber in public? Then you choose to allow yourself to be on the terminals and that choice means other players will hunt you. Don't like it? Then either be discreet or play a different profession.
hehe tonight i engaged a jedi who asked me " how much so you can leave me alone " i reply hmm 1mill and we call it a night , he refused , so 10min of chasing him i slapped him with some fire a few shots and he died a tired jedi, then the hate tell fest began rofl
hate tells give me POWER
You send tells announcing your arrival and asking them to come out and fight? Wow, I definitely live in another universe.......
As do I....most Jedi on my server would either laugh in my faceand come kill meor run....lol
Im alsonot very fearsome standing at a whopping 4ft......stupid Bothans

Okay, the evening of jedi hunting started out great. I got a couple of really great marks, one of which i suspect let me win and another who tooled me hardcore (/deepbow Noss), but both very cool and very fun. But then things took a turn for the worse...I track this jedi Azuraey to Nym's and jump him as soon as I land. The fight was going very well, I was pwng him all around the NS starport...then he fled. I followed him to a cantina and asked a mere 50k for my troubles and I'd drop the mission. No go. So I re-engage until he flees again, this time on his bike. 45 minutes of /following later, he bank tips me the credits and I humbly thank him and leave. Slightly annoying. Not an hour later, I track yet another jedi to Lok and rush out into the wilderness to my almost certain doom. I finally find him, a fellow by the name of -GuNNeR-, and send my usual "come out and fight" tell, and he fearlessly comes after me. Forty minutes and 10 Stim-D's later, he decides to book it to his AV-21...in pursuit again. Five minutes or so later he pulls into a complex of imperial bases and runs in. Then I notice that he is going combatant. I then proceeded to offer my meager 50k payout deal, and he refuses. Thirty minutes of camping later, he logs out....I'm still sitting here in case he logs back in. I won't be dropping this mission until this is dealt with respectably.
Sorry for the long post but I am much pissed at jedi who can't live up to their title. At least I'm beginning to live (instead of die) up to mine.-Xxao, Master Bounty Hunter
