Thread: Jedi should be uber?

Seriously, why should they now? Jedi don't grind for months anymore like they say they do. A Jedi can get in a group with 7other Jedi, stand on the Ryyat Trails and earn 1000xp every 10 seconds. That's 6000 a minute, 360,000 and hour. A Novice Padawan can grind to a full-template Jedi in 2 weeks(unless his mommy grounds him from the computer during this time, then it could take longer).
2 weeks.... Where have they earned Jedi? In what part was it hard? They cry and whine saying they should be better than every other profession in every way. Why? When Jedi actually become a 6 month grind, I'll say that you earned that power.
One more thing. 5 vs 1 is so friggin rare. No, really, it's very, VERY rare. Why use that in any arguements or when you want the devs to listen to you? Are you really so desperate to be uber that you try to make things sound worse than what they really are? "Oh my god, what about all of those BH that can eat food and heal fast!?!?" News flash... Jedi can use Ruby Bliel and Stim D's as well... and guess what? It would actually be a smart thing to do seeing as how it will help you save Force points. Wow... I'm not a Jedi and I thought of that.
Ok... I'm done ranting... for now.
u sir, are dumb
You Sir, should not post rude comments.
I don't really care if you bought the game day 1 and were the first to unlock and had to grind to now. You are NOT and I reapeat NOT to be the be all end all class.

i have a jedi and bh ur just a greedy ass person. when ur jedi u see any color dot ur heart rate goes up to like 1000(yes im exaderating) and it doesn't take 2 weeks to grind i did mine in about 1 month before the cu and 2 after but that was 8 hrs+ a day and every single day i didn't use the Ryyat trailk cause i dont have RoTW if u make jedi even less powerful u just want money. how old are you 10?
Actually, I'm 27 years old and from the looks of your grammar and punctuation, I'm a lot more intelligent. The majority of the newly full-template Jedi have done so on the Ryyat Trails. <---I agree with the statement after the second punctuation and I have killed a bunch of jedi on the Trails.

A free alt account? I don't want to be a Jedi, so I have to pay for mine. Saving 180 bucks a year is a pretty good deal.

What about us that did the 6 month grind pre CU (or even pre pub 9)? I would like to get something for all my work
Your assessment is incorrect. It's not a free account.
You can't claim an ADK on it if you're already claimed one. If it were a free account, you could. You can only /claim one ADK per account.
It takes a pathetic little person to hate someone because of a profession they play on a video game. Seek counselling.

You did you have been over powered for so long now you will have to adjust to the timeline and the dev's vision. And for all your hard work with you overpowered class you will get...../drum roll
Tell them what they win Rah tell'em!
Well you win a huge wooping coming from every BH player in the game that hates jedi and the people that play them
....
Looks like Thunderheart will finally be right when he said it will be "Very, very, very, difficult"!

Ok... ummm... yeah, it is crossing the line when you say things like "hating the people who play them". I don't like the Jedi profession, hate it even. But I don't know any of these people who play Jedi personally, so how can you hate them? I do know I hate the elitism that some are showing, which is why I created this thread in which to rant.
You are only in the same position as the "old school" BHs that did the grind pre vehicles andshuttleports, when the missions were bugged and the specials didnt work.
Sorry, but saying it used to be hard doesnt wash now due to all the respeccers and afk grinders. It's no different to BH respeccers I'm afraid, both have removed the kudos from the jedi and BH professions. It is a shame for the "old school" guys who had to work at their templates but the "online experience has changed during gameplay".

Is it fair that a lot of people get "punished" for the actions of the few?.
Like bounty hunting is now gonna be 1 vs. 1 thing now, that happened because 3 people got together on a 80k padawan, and now you lose the chance to get together and kill knights, all because somebody had to do something stupid. See my point?
Well, you tell me? Everyone cried about BH in the beginning, and we got a lot of nerfs and no fixes on broken things for a long while, ie. investigation bugs, LLC, etc... KD got nerfed, Scatter pistols got nerfed, a lot got nerfed in the very beginning. Why? Because honestly, it was imbalanced and a lot of people screamed for a change. I have no sympathy. Jedi have gotten 2 full publishes and most of the patch fixes and stuff have something to do with Jedi. Jedi have gotten plenty of attention and still do. Like I said, I have no sympathy for whatever comes down the line.
By the way, the "few" would actually be the ones who have NOT done any of these things.

Your Concept Is incorrect, Padawans Whom are smart are hell of alot tougher than a completed Knight Template, Ever fought an Defender/Healer/Mrifleman?

Then it should just be called on a free character slot on an existing account. Regardless, I pay for two accounts in order to play 2 characters on the same server. I would still say that a second slot on one account would still be a reward.
It's not a reward.
The developers gave people a second character for those times when you don't want to deal with the stress of being hunted. So you can group and take part in the GCW without having to deal with the emotional cripples that hate you because you get to play a profession you want to play. They stated-and I read this a long time go, I'm not willing to spend hours scouring for a link, believe me or don't-they didn't intend for people to play Jedi as their main character.
Additionally, the second character slot was given to Jedi players because your second character was a Jedi and subject to permadeath. They knew damn well that a person who's only character got ganked and was permadead was a lost customer. Don't see a whole lot of permadeath in MMOG's for a reason. It's not good business, and they know it.
Thirdly, I have no interest in my unlock slot. I have a combat character in the form of my Jedi. I have a combat character in the form of my BH/MCM on a second account. They foobared crafters in the CU, turning the most boring and tedious professions in the game into worthless boring and tedious professions. I have more than enough social outlets so entertainer is out.
The first two points alone disqualify the second character slot as a reward. The third just nails the lid on the coffin.
