lol, I warned you Fweebob. Oh well, I'm surprised it took this long for them to start crying 'grief'. Maybe they're just now getting up from their naps or something and are still a little cranky.

would someone tell me why killin jedi is such a tense subject that always seems to bring in people who argue and argue about who is lamer.??? the only people who should really care in my opinion are those involved in the fight. im just lost as to why some people get so touchy over the subject.

I've always wondered the same thing too be quite honest. From what I gathered (based on they want their own private forums and other comments) is the jedi seem to think tehy should be virtually untouchable and that BH shouldn't even be allowed to attack them. Most of it's due to the BH's egging them on though, I'll admit that.

Well all I know is that this post started out as a suggestion to implement a minor reward for killing a Jedi. Why they are ranting and raving about me being a noob, lying and completely bashing me formyidea is beyond me.

Killing a jedi initiate is almost like killing a small child, you work hard to provide a safe environment for your jedi (spam dont kill me i'm here for entertainment). You are proud that you have unlocked your slot so you would like to show everyone. You spend your life savings on the one that you cherish because you want them to grow up to be big and strong, able to deal with what the world can throw at such a vulnerable person.

And then some bounty hunter comes along and kills your little bundle of joy.

To all the bounty hunters... Do you feel proud?

Well, since this cat's out of the bag first I must say this. I stopped looking at people's tags in PVP simply because most people with "Novice Artisan" are running around with a flame thrower DB'ing people left and right and so on. So to me, the tag is a joke. It means nothing and is ignored by probably 90% of the people in the game. That being said, and the fact that 99% of the jedi out there don't even WEAR a tag, BH have no clue what level the jedi is when the jedi is attacked. The fact that they're still an 'initiate' is really a moot point (that most jedi I've seen gripe tend to really rely on) since level is not apparent to anyone but the person playing the jedi. You could also use the argument that it's really unfair for cats to kill mice...look at the HUGE difference in the two. Cat's MUCH bigger, has claws, good eyesight and can move faster, the mouse's only defense? Able to squeeze into tiny cracks that the cat can only stick a paw in... Life sucks, but that's just life. No one ever claimed anything about Jedi would be easy, even during Beta.

That's why I'm going to suggest adding SOE either adding a new badge which says you've toasted a Jedi, or maybe adding some looted item, a souvenir if you will, like Fett carries around, to show you've vaporized such a rare target.

Well my question is why did you post it here? Obviously this is not the bounty forum. So, unless you cannot read which is appallingly common in the world today, you are probably here to troll.

Go post it in the bounty forums. You will probably find a receptive audience there, as it is the proper forum for Bounty Hunters. Hence the name of the forum "Bounty Hunter", unlike this one which says "Jedi."

i think you should keep his saber everytime you kill one. that is something they should add

I don't even know what troll means, let alone that I've done "it", I don't spend time on the forums because of people whoflame about everything they don't agree with. How about this...only you people that actually know how to *debate*about a subject continue on about the CENTRAL TOPIC --> rewards for killing Jedi!

It's funny how some people are so crazed over things like this. A Jedi runnign around with a ligthsaber. A Bounty Hunter sees him what's the Bounty Hunter supposed to do? Hand him a cupcake? If he has a TEF, he can be shot. A bounty Hunter doing his job is no big deal, and if the Jedi were smart, maybe he would have avoided the TEF, hmm? There is nothing wrong with the stated event.

What would have made this bad would be if the bounty Hunter had come here bragging" I 4M L337 I 0WNED A J3DI!!!!11!!1!! hahah u all suk i could kick ur ass." That's when you have a right to be called cokcy and overconfident. But this situation seemed pretty civil. NO BIG DEAL.

/sigh, just take it to the bh forums, i see you already posted it there as well, but what you are doing here is considered trolling, it's appropiate on the bh forums
