"That was pretty sleezy. You can tell yourself whatever you want to about your reasons for it and why you did it, but in the end you broke your word to another person and thats about as dishonerable as you can get."
you realize we are employed to kill jedi for credits. If we can weasel more credits out of the jedi then stab him in the back when he would be able to do anything about it then thats just a bonus. If you are seriously having moral issues about "killing" someone and "robbing" them in a game then the simplist way to solve that is to just ebay your account. if u cant handle that job then quit. I personally might have killed him or might not have, depending on who he was or how he was acting, but i dont see a problem with it. its our job to screw them over, if u can do an ever better job at screwing them then your doing a GREAT F***KING JOB
congrats m8.

Thats all fine and good, when you look at it from a RP standpoint. When you actually give your word to another person, and make a deal with them and then break it, it goes to show what kind of moral fiber youre made of. Online game or not, its still a despicable thing to do to someone else.

Well I dunno..... I probably wouldn't have killed the jedi if he was an imp (if indeed I did hunt imps)... But if he was a rebel I woulda shot him in a heartbeat after taking that cash.
No one likes a rebel anywho.

from a RL standpoint, its a game so nothing u do will actually have any real ramifications. if the guy on the other end is upset about losing imaginary "experience points" or "credits" then im sorry but you're not the one at fault. its a game, and our profesion was created to hinder the other, why else would we be put in the game if not for that? if we can hinder them that extra little bit than your playing your job well. furthermore, the "playing your job well" also has no merit so when it comes down to it im wasting my time typing to u...lol..

It's all in the wording. Oh, and did you DB or did the Jedi get trip incap. It sounds like the latter. If so, kudo's that was sweeeet. 700K + PO, hell yea. And you DIDNT even have to DB.
I always take care how I word my question. Sure, I wont DB you. But you ever thought about the ways I could kill you?

ok, well im pretty sure this ruined the whole story of the great move, but i actually think he got tripled by the wookies and the fact that i shot him about 3 minutes earlier between his 2nd and 3rd incaps is what killed him. i looked at teh combat logs and i dont see a deathblow anywhere, nor do i see me outputting damage. although i ran over to him, my DB timer was only 1/2 finished. haha! he lost himself the xp by getting killed by the wookies, it makes me feel better actually

well, in hind sight (because it really isnt about the money anyway and accepting a payout was the only way i could figure he would let his guard down) i will be giving him back his 700k. because i broke the "rules" of the "deal" i only think it's fair to give back the money.
some of you may think it's a bad move to give the money back, but i still consider this one of my favorite kills.

ha, you BHs are dumber than ever these days, dont you realize you get paid more money when you ask to get paid off. If you keep doing this kinda stuff nobody will pay you off.
I really thought this was common sense but....![]()

Point still stands..you made a deal with him and broke it, whether or not you're giving the money back is a nonissue. He got screwed and this is just a lesson to all the jedi to stop paying BHs to go away since they just break the deals
