The range is fine how it is, I think. Making it 10m is asking for too much.

What would be the point of getting that column then? IMO it'd be fair to move it to Master if you bring back the Animal attacks that used to be in that tree (and no, I have no Powers in my template)

I like cloak.. I have it.. and On my BH I fought a cloaker for 2 hours.... HE won i nthe end though.... I just kinda didn't heal upon getting up from KD fro some reason.

i dont thnk it should be moved to the master box but there should be a message that says "You cannot Force Cloak while in combat"

Does cloak have a warmup and/or cooldown? If not it should, everything else seems to now.

The warmup, cool down timer sounds like the most effective idea so far. Seeing as I have a timer on my heals or my roots, no reason they shouldn't have one on their cloak. It's supposed to be a way to run away, so it ought to be used in a timer-manner, much like /burstrun having a timer, cloak deserves the same idea in mind.

Luckily I can still see cloakers, and can certainly attest to the groups cloaked and ganking overts in Theed and other places, which gets to be quite the ordeal. Once again the scout/first strike idea has more effect if its on a timer, because they have to know where they're going and do it fast.
