good morning folks.

I am currently RM 2-1-2-1, CH 1-2-1-1 Medic 3-0-4-4

I am running quenker missions which is decent xp and ok loot. The meat isn't bad right now on my server either. My question though is this. What can I kill at this level that my drop some loot? I have heard that klikniks drop chitin armor and I was thinking of checking them out for this. I currently wear no armor due to the encumbrance but I read somewhere that chitin can be super low encumbrance wise with ok kinetic resists. What I am thinking is that I will get to countersniping 3 tonight with the quenkers but would then like to find someplace where I could find stuff that I could either use or trade for stuff I could. Thoughts on this?

Slices and Spices! Dropped component and loot vendors at -155 2779 on Dantooine, only 500m from the Mining Outpost.

Kliks do not drop Chitin armor, they drop components that should, in theory, enhance chitin armor being made.

Since the Kliks are on Yavin, head to the caves for good xp, with CS3, you can use the DXR6 rifle. If there are people there in the first spawn area, just sit back and pick away at them. If not, I sat at the moputh area of the cave and went prone next to the technician in the fron entrance an conceal shot my way as long as I could. Make sure you do not miss or I would peace and wait a few secs before starting again...

you can use the dxr6b disruptor with cs2...but if you can get a tank do geonosians...i heard those are good xp

Thanks for the input folks. Do these genosians (sp?) drop anything that can be used/sold. Sorry I am asking such noobish questions but that is what noobs do What attracted me to the chitin idea is that I read about some being made with like a 3 encumbrance. I don't wear armor because I don't like the downtime I get from the increase in enc. I don't buff (except brandy) and was hoping these components might provide a solution. Perhaps there is something else I should be killing to get a better solution?

Geons drop:

- White, Green, Yellow or Red Power cubes used in crafting Geon Weapons like DXR6, Scythe, Geon Sonic Pistol, etc.

- Solidifying Agent which I think can be used on several different weapons, it can add nice dmg and condition to weapons for the good stuff.

- Sword Cores, of which most are garbage, WS's can make better with....

- Sword core and reinforced sword core schematics, these are used to player craft geon cores for various melee weapons, I think, like regular 1 and 2 hand weapons as well as the scythe of course.

- They also can drop Geon Sonic Pistols. Most I have gotten are junk, but still worth a few thousand....One I have locked away is a 230 max dmg, and something like 179 strength Poison DoT tothe mind.

The White cubes are not worth much at all, in fact on my server, I started having trouble selling them on the bazaar, so I just delete them now. The Yellows are what my personal friend who is a WS just dies for, and very good solidifying agent. So, the scope is there, and you could get oem good stuff.....

Now, the philisophical question, if you at optimum range for the attack of these, and the spawn rate is good, you run a bigger risk runnign in to loot, so be careful, or brind someone you trust who can tank/loot for you and you share the proceeds.

Oh, and every now and again, you do get like 1k credits off the bodies..

What is with the loot in this game? Players are rewarded for AFK camping low level POI mobs, yet if you go out and hunt down the highest level enemies in the game you get stim and wound packs? We have killed loads of Dark adepts, Dark Jedi knights and Dark Jedi Masters, and for all that hard work have only seen one or two quality Force Crystals and a skill tape you could get 20 of at the Aakuan cave. The NPCs that are this hard to find and kill should always drop something good. So are crystals and pearls above "quality" only handed out on a case by case basis now? What is the problem with handing out more loot? It might just bring down some of these outrageous prices.
