- Successive failed missions getting BHs on terminals.

- Making BH vs Jedi missions one on one somehow.
- Adding Smuggler missions.
However, all of the above are more of a wish list at this time and are not on any schedule that has been revealed by devs.
Tell me, what is it your afraid of? Being content for others? Haveing your fun at any given moment ruined by an unwelcomed outsider? Having some one profit from you, and you get no cut?
Honestly, what is so wrong with that one?
I am "afraid of" not being compensated for my trials and tribulations and yet still being penalized.
The benefits that you receive as a Jedi to balance out the fact that you are hunted (actually, you are hunted to balance the benefits you receive as a Jedi, but same point) by Bounty Hunters. Nothing in that wishlist says that I, as a Bounty Hunter, will be given benefits to balance being hunted. I don't get a free second character slot. I don't get the ability to do a lot of damage while also being able to run faster than a speeder, and while also being able to heal faster and better than a MDoctor, etc. You get all of those things (or at least the possibility to get all of those things) and thus you are hunted to make you think twice about whether or not those benefits are worth a little extra trouble.
Conversely, what a Bounty Hunter gets that no other profession gets is the ability to hunt Jedi (although every class has something they can do that no one else can do, so perhaps every time a dancer stumbles during a routine, he or she should end up on the terminals?). Currently, a Bounty Hunter at least gets to do it on his own terms, more or less. He chooses who to hunt, how to hunt, when to hunt, when to fight, when to run, etc. But with the other changes suggested in the "wishlist", the Bounty Hunter loses the ability to hunt on his own terms. Some of the changes are akin to something like having destroy missions hand out missions without listing the creature or the payout, so that sometimes you'll get creatures that you kill for no XP and little pay, and sometimes you get missions against high level mobs you can't hope to kill, all of it being random.
- I'll have no idea who I am fighting, because names will be removed from the terminals.
- I'll have no idea what skill level I'll be fighting, because payouts will be removed from the terminals.
- I'll have to "somehow" fight the Jedi 1 on 1, even though the Jedi will be 1.5 times more powerful than me, thus putting the odds heavily in favor of losing.
- I'll have to face more of the top tier Jedi (either that or drop a mission, thus failing it and thus getting on the terms myself) more often, thus increasing the amount and likelihood of failures.
- When I fail, I'll end up being hunted.
I see a lot of negatives in that, so I would expect that there would be positives like the ones Jedi get. Yet there are none.
Really, my guess is that the DEVS want to get BH to stop hunting Jedi. 2.5 patches dedicated to one profession seems to at least hint that one profession is more favored by the DEVS (not saying it's b/c they are biased themselves, just that the highest percentage of the population of paying customers seems to be concentrated in the Jedi, so they want to make them happy). Few Jedi enjoy being hunted, so it seems that the DEVS are leaning towards still giving you guys all the power you want and already have, while only keeping a vague shadow of a threat to "balance" your rewards. I think that's what the first and last items (and even the second item) in the "wishlist" are on there, to add other huntable content for BH players.
So yeah, I'm "afraid of" the fact that you get a bunch of bonuses that no one else can even hope to compete with and are punished by being hunted, whereas I'll get zero bonuses and then be punished by being hunted.
I'm afraid of an even more unbalanced game.
On a side note, I see Tanks responded to some of the arguing in this thread, but he hasn't responded to the outcry about the wishlist. I am wondering if Tanks could maybe give us a rundown about what he thinks about each wishlist item?
(i dont see why you wouldnt think that would be fun anyways, you wouldnt have anything to loose)

Couple things:
1) to the BH that are getting all upset they could end up getting on the terms: could you be any more hypocritical?
(i dont see why you wouldnt think that would be fun anyways, you wouldnt have anything to loose)
Difference is the powers you get for being hunted. Rather, you get hunted because of your powers. Aura, infusion, cloak, force run, etc. We get jack squat to make us any more powerful, hence we do not think it would be fair to be hunted. Gimme equivalents of all your powers, then we'll talk.
3)To the BH that say they do missions for credits: your joking right? all you hardcore BH have probably been hardcore swg gamers for a while, meaning you are loaded with cash, and 200k doesnt me anything to your 100million sitting in your bank. And if you do infact need credits, your prob some 2 month old respec/ post CU BH, that doesnt really have much say, cause we all know that if you arent a vetren you dont mean anything. (only joking of corse)
Actually, I don't know many guys who are really rich who never set out specifically to get rich. All the guys I know who are pointlessly rich went specifically after credits and nothing else. As for myself, I've been playing since six or so months in, yet I've never accumulated more than 600k at a time. Reason? Well, let's see. Speeders, armor, foods, drinks, spices, buffs (good lord buffs were overpriced), shuttle trips (I didn't have JTL until I bought ROTW, and I spent a lot of money chasing marks that would log before I got there, or end up being afk in a house), tips for dancers, droids, and so forth, not to mention all the money I had sunk into crates of things like brandy, muon gold, pups, etc.that were rendered useless (or at least they had been the best option for me and they no longer are) in my safety deposit because of the CU. I've sunk so much money into weapons it's not even funny, just to see a lot of them rendered useless by the CU. Plus the best weapons are always insanely expensive, which I couldn't afford, so I was always spending more for 20 damage here or there as I found slightly better guns. Oh, and all the money wasted on really expensive Krayt weapons with all the best add-ons that had the potential to be great but got messed up by a bad slice, or even a slice of the wrong type (no reason smugglers shouldn't be able to choose the type of slice they are going to do...I mean, what, do they cross some wires and say, hey, don't know what this will do, but good luck...where's the skill in that?). Oh, and now? Geez, how about the money I waste on parwan just to search for all those grinders on Kashyyk?
Basically, not everyone who has been around a long time is necessarily rich, so we might just do this job for the credits. We also want to enjoy earning the money we need to stay competitive. Andso manypatches and publishes make Jedi more powerful, that we are constantly needing to spend credits to keep up. Our profession is expensive, and we need the credits.
Ok, first off powers isnt the issue,wyzer301
Reasons:
1) You have the same oppertunitiy to become a jedi if you want, so if you want to have that power then become a jedi.
2) Most BH when doing 1v1 missions, go after thelow lvlpadawons that have maybe there novice boxes and a couple of tier 1 boxs, giving up points from other proffesion to get those boxes. When a BH goes after the 225k jedi, its usually with a friend, making it fair because its 2v1.5. And if its not with a friend, the BH still choose the mission and still knows that its a fully temp jedi.
3) what does jedi powers have to do with aBH being hunted by another BH? Nothing
4) jedi have choosen to be jedi so they know they will be hunted, bh have choose to be bh and so if they**** up, they deserve to be hunted. (which i think would be a fun aspect of the game)
Now on to the credits:
1) Never had more then 600k at a time? your doing something wrong then, manage your money, and if your a smart player BH shouldnt be expensive at all, join a guild, they have benifits.
-Want a krayt weapon? go hunt krayts, get some tissues.
-If your a good BH you will make money killing your marks.

There also talking about adding mind cost to force heals so that might help even the fields for one on one.
that is 100% rumor Garva shut that down and its is not true.
Garva... the Community Relations guy... and he knows everything about what is in development? The only thing he said was not to start rumors, he never said it wasn't a true rumor.
especially when those at FF (me)were there to hear about a potential mind cost to force heals, not concretethat it is happening mind you but it was given out as a possiblity for the Healer 4/x/x/x issue in the PvP panels.

To all those claiming that Jedi v BH should be 1v1:
Either ask devs to boost BH attacks v their mark, or try taking down a 226k Jedi with a BH template. It's a joke really. I mean, Im MBH/MRM/P0404, and a 142k outhealed my 832-1256 dmg rifleAND my friend who is a MBH/MCarb.
Tell me how a 226k gets 75% more healing than a 146k.

Just imagine that same scenario with 1 person, and the Jedi gets 75% more healing.

- Rock on!
- Successive failed missions getting BHs on terminals.
- eh.... okay. But expect low level paddies to get played more often because a bounty hunter needs to make sure he gets a kill every once in a while. Also expect to see more tag team and triple teaming against jedi to ensure no failure.
- Eliminating Jedi names and bounty amounts from terminals while listing faction and online status.
- This is a horrible idea... here's a better option. List the following, Faction, status, payout, and a SERIAL NUMBER. That way if it is a high level Jedi where you will need help, you can give the mission number to your buddies and he can get the same one. This would keep us from constantly hunting the same jedi, cause the number will change once the mission is complete. And since there are no names on the terms... we can now FINALLY have a search function.
- Making BH vs Jedi missions one on one somehow.
- Okay.... but make my cl 80 as tough as a 226k cl 80.
- Adding Smuggler missions.
- YES! Finally a reason for me to pick up smuggler again!
However, all of the above are more of a wish list at this time and are not on any schedule that has been revealed by devs.
Whish list for WHO? All of these ideas benefit Jedi (especially high level jedi) more than they do Bounty Hunters.

Hello there, im a +220k jedi from infinity, but ill try to stay not in the jedi side too much, the bh-jedi relationship is a bit bad in last times, you know...
- Possibility of combat rating getting one on BH Terminals if the combat rating is so high.
Cmon, this is just great, ppl who loves the pvp will welcome the challenge, and the system put the fighter out of terminal itself when he start going low on rating. What could force a smart pvp, forcing players to fight to get their enemys on terminals.
- Successive failed missions getting BHs on terminals.
Sorry, I agree too much on this one, jedi vs. bh should be balanced, and i not mean 1vs1 fights, i mean both sides should have a penalty. in fact being hunted by another bh is not a loss as huge as the jedi one, the bh will lose only some respect..![]()
- Eliminating Jedi names and bounty amounts from terminals while listing faction and online status.
I wish this one should not be in game, but lame players made it a must, i know of more than one good jedi being camped, maybe if soe could monitor more heavily the lamers and exploiters, this one never come. On the other side No bh come for me since 3 weeks, and i miss the fights, so this stuff could bring back to me some cool fights again.
- Making BH vs Jedi missions one on one somehow.
I NOT agree on this one, i think 1 vs. 1 could be good at low lvl padawans, i understand bh mission is keep the jedi population down, but i understand that 1 vs 1 fight is not fair against a knight, so lets say 1vs 1 in low lvl padi, 2vs1 on high lvl padis, 3 vs 1 on knights, 4 vs 1 on guardians and 5 vs 1 on masters, with penaltys for both sides if they fail, xp loss on paddis, and some others for knights and higher ranks, xp loss not hits them much.
- Adding Smuggler missions.
Agree, add better than nerf, allways
