lol disarming shot doesn't work... it is meant to literally disarm the target. It would be awesome if they did fix it

This is what I was wondering. If it say, uniquiped their weapon for like 5 sec this shot would find its way into every macro out there

it used to do double damage on lairs....but they nerfed that...pistoleer was getting to overpowered with that ability MOEHAHAHA

I believe it damages the victim's weapon. Never used it on a player, but I imagine it would piss them off.

We all know disarming shot doesnt work anymore, but i think i have a good idea how they could fix it.
Not like it was was before (damaging the oponents weapon) it should force them to store the weapon.
Thats what i think "disarming" is.
What do you think?

As good as that sounds, it would make Pistoleers far too powerful in PvP. A group has a few pistoleers that spam disarmingshot at the enemy, while the rest takes care of them as they cant get their weapons out to defend themselves.


If there was something that prevented spam of this attack, such as only being able to use it every 2 minutes or something, then it would be reasonable. But this belongs in the Pistoleer forums, BHs dont have disarm shot unless they are Pistoleers.

It wouldn't be too powerful but they would need the same timer as Knockdown that it can't be done again for a certain time. However I don't see a problem with a team of pistoleers doing it as thats something called teamwork and SHOULD be rewarded. At least with this the weapon timer would have some meaning other than a hassle for any multi weapon profession like us BH.



I never understood that skill as anyone would know that anything called disarming shot should do something to either disarm them or prevent them from attacking. Disarming would be best as then TKM would stiull be able to fight but would have to requip their knuckles.

I would love to see it work this way, with the 5 second equip delay it would make it a worthwhile special... although a 30 second timer would have to be put in so it would not be overpowered.

It keeps your target from being abole to attack for a short time and i mean short time...
