What are You smoking? The minute a Padawan learns his first jedi novice box his level drops to 60. The last I heard was Most Bounty Hunters are level 80 meaning you have a distinct advantage over the lowly padawan... Plus at level 60 you only have about 1k hp's meaning 3 hits you are done for.... More dangerous my butt the only way they could even pose a challenge if they buy a nice laser rifle and get master rifle + all the works in food....
Erm...what are you smoking? I didn't drop to 60 when I learned my first box.
As both a jedi and a mbh, I would like to see:
- BH terminals, the jedi has to be online
- A serial # (which you know SOE loves, they love their serial #s) which would identify each jedi, so multiple BHs can take the mission, but you don't know the name.
- A search feature would be great as well, so you don't have to click through 45 pages to find one.
- Rebel BHs cannot take Rebel Jedi, Imp cannot take Imp, Neutrals can take either
- Removal of Kash tracker"blindness". I used to be a fan of this, but with the removal of jedi gaining vis while grouped, and I see so many freaking AFK macrogrinders now, itHAS to change. The amout of AFK macro grindersis sickening.

A well designed BH can take a jedi knight. It is slow but not hard.
Remember a jedi cannot heal knocked down and you can take advantage to this, as well save roots for when a jedi runs, that usually means they are low on force or worried, as well keep your distance, but do not rely on distance to keep you alive. Healing is a huge help.
But BHs get enough now to kill jedi 1v1, just too many respec BHs out there that think, oh I am BH I am invincible. Same goes for jedi that think, oh I am knight, A bh cannot take me.
Its all about practise and template, thats it.
I have not seen a MBH take a full temp jedi... I'm sure it happens but not often. especially if their master defender. So yeah I think they should do something to lvl the field a little there.. I don't like grouping or the idea of having to wait till their fighting and striking when their health is low.. that just seems pretty lame to me... and could take a while if their not fighting... I watched a full temp knight ( a guild mate ) take on 3 MBH's and he wiped the floor with them... he was master defender though.. so how does 1 lone BH beat that....? exploit something??? knights do good damage, Heal faster & better then docs, have avoid incap, and I hate cloak with a passion lol.....you start beating him ...he cloaks and runs to the starport and jumps planets on ya.. over and over again...
Personally I don't like the idea of missions being anon. seriously... does anyone know of an assasin who whould take a job to kill someone and not atleast know their name??? Just doesn't make sense... " Hey i want you to kill someone but I don't know who he is...." oh but a stupid driod knows who he is.. Just trying to keep it realistic...
Terms & Missions : I think they should get rid of NPC missions when your MBH and just show jedi missions or give us a option of just pulling up jedi's missions...also show faction & online status...
My 2 cents
First off, full template defenders and other jedi types can be soloed. You have to be smart its not easy to do. Second, adding damage multiplier is not the way to go. I can snipershot a jedi with no FA or defendre for 2600 points. You start adding multipliers and its going to be 1 shot kills left and right. Thats wrong.
What needs to be looked at is AURA. This skill alone is responsible for lowering our damage output to extreme levels. A jedi using aura pretty much forces my gun to fire at min damage and I have 400 accuracy on crispic. If we use a weapon that is say, 600-1200 damage we should be getting a attack multiplier of 600 everytime because anyone throws up aura for the 500 defense. Even allowing us somewhere in the middle of our min and max damage would help out. I dont like how the defense vs accuracy is calculated when you throw on aura. As I said, I have 400 accuracy. You would think that is the most possible and reaching a cap. Well I still miss like crazy and hit defendres for 400 points with a 675-1350 ALR. If they drop aura I hit alittle better but not much. The whole accuracy vs defense calculation is flawed in my book.
Say a defender has 250 range defense. I have 400 accuracy. I should be hitting them more than 400 with my gun. When I shoot a non defender it hits like crazy. Its because my gun is using a higher damage as the multiplier. Even FA2 jedi get hit alot harder. If they look into this the gap would be closer for 1v1. In the CU min damage is King. Due to the 500 COB and 500 aura's.
I have some plans for patch 20 and I should be able to hang in alot longer than I can now. There are a few tricks I have to test out and then I will know how much chance I will have vs the dreaded MLS Mdefender template. Valor + Aura + MDfender + MLS = Miss Miss Miss Miss HIT HIT Miss HIT HIT Miss. Thats how it goes vs those guys. Missing roots really suck.
I have the best gear I can buy. Now its up to me after patch 20.

My input is that these are far from the most important issues in the BH/Jedi system. The biggest issues are the exploits that have apparently been used on both sides throughout the game.
You are missing the point. First, look at our Top issues, some exploits are listed there for the fix. Next, and most important is that the devs have indicated a direction that they'd like to go in regards to BH bounties. So, I have to respond to it, otherwise we will see an implementation on patch notes one of these days, and we would have had no input into the process.
Now, they know our view in regards to this.
Listen, if you want to be equal, then your only hope of convincing everyone of it means having your skill points be eaten up again by additional boxes, a longer grind, and a bigger wait time, then consider yourself out of the GCW, which is the way all of this is heading anyway.
