Why would any of you call this an exploit? This is the system that the devs released, and as such is 'working as intended'. You can do the same with normal novice profession skills. Take up novice scout, go hunting lvl 80 critters, get 4500 scouting xp per kill, fill all 3 of the scout xp lines in a very short time. You now have 42 points of normal respec points, or 21 points of elite, which is enough to get you a tier 1 and 2 box of an elite skill. Why should it be any different with jedi?


I've gained 9 jedi respec points over the last few days with this method, and I could easily go from my 124 conversion respec points to the full 155 I'd need for a 2.5 mastery template(if I wanted to double master) in a few days without worrying about being hunted.

XP? Get in a group I took the chance grouped with a bunch of other Jedi and in 3 hours I was all novice box's sabers 1 and Healer 1 box. I know I was scared out of my mind. That is the only was to get XP now and boy it can flow in.......... However I still say it stinks that I can not get any decent XP solo.



Oh I started with Novice saber box and 725 ForceXP in that box.

This happened to my friend tonight. He had a client crash and the rest of the group was at the nearest mission. Another person in the group noticed his name was flashing red and by the time he got to him he was at the cloner. He lost 400k exp from that death and when he logged back on he said that happened to him yesterday but he got back on just in time to see a BH and ran away. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

no what i mean is that it seems when a BH attacks him he crashes i dont know if the BH causes it or not hence the title of this thread.

unfortunately, such is life....a client crash is not immediately detected, and the bh has time to initiate combat before the character is trully LD. Not much that can be done about this.


I personally believe that there is a delay after LD and before you cannot be attack, simply because this would be abused, by people that are about to die, so that they could come back later when the BH or the mob is gone. In fact,I believe this was specifically mentioned in the dev notes when LD was revamped many moons ago.

ive had crashes at all sorts of occasions, no exploit involved, just unlucky

I have bh's come after me all the time, atleast probably 3-5 a day. I'm a paddy that's a little less than half template so bh's naturally like to pick on me heh. I had a bh come after me the other day and he couldn't kill me but he kept on pestering me for over an hour he wouldn't quit following me and "attempting" to kill me. (My defense is great right now, but I have almot no light saber, so I can't kill him either) he offered to leave me alone if I payed him my bounty to which I was like no way, I will never do that. One of my jedi guildies said it was considered against SOE rules and or policy to ask for your bounty in return for leaving you alone and told me to report him. I was wondering if that info was correct, I appreciate your input.

I would have to say that is harrasment so report him if he keeps it up.

I dont see how thats an.. exploit.. may be harrassment but a guy posted a week ago about smething like this and the CSR replied to him saying a BH has the right to ask for money to leave you alone. Sucks, I know, its sad how people get a kick out of ruining other people's gaming experience. Just know that they have no life lol.
