nah, its called balance.
say that old 518 damage t21 that was achieved with a 33% damage slice converted to a 1160 rifle and youd like to slice it again? nah... it's balance.
Purely hypothetical weapon and figures used, trying to prove a point why we cant slice gear that was already sliced and increased some +30% of its original stats when max now is 8% damage and 12% speed.

Could anyone please tell me what components are needed(and how many of each) to slice 1 piece of armor for lev3 deflection and lev 1 armor break? Thnx alot!

I checked the FAQ but I'm a little uncertain still. It says:
Improve Impact Deflection:
- 2nd slice requires: Finely Crafted Toolset
- 3rd slice requires: Powered Motivators
So, does that mean if I wanted to get a piece of armor w/ a lev 3 deflection slice that I would need 1 finely crafted toolset(for the lev 2 slice) and 1 powered motivator for the lev 3 slice?

The weapons should refuse to get sliced for damage once the damage cap is reached. Look for SonGouki's thread about slicing caps in this forum. (why didn't you sticky it for yourself Jag?) [no idea, I'm lazy, I don't care for damage slices?] Shaddap you two!
