no, it's fine right were it is. but being able to cloak while in combat and leave the fight whenever you feel like it shouldnt be in game.

Sure it should!

Its my counter to MLS/MDef. I don't have a good dueling template, so instead, I choose which fights I wanna get into and which ones I wanna leave.

I was unaware of the group members change tho, will test it out to make sure for my self. I actually did cloak rather close to group last night, but shrugged it off to lag lol. They did fix the /target issue/exploit but have done nothing with the shadows, so they can still follow you around if they see your shadow.

Not only can you cloak around group members, it appears ( I cannot confirm there was not some unknown factor at work) to not drain force more than it would if you were "alone". A guildmate discovered this last night, which would make a weird kind of sense. I suspect what the devs did was "turn off" group members for jedi...they don't affect you in any way now...don't cause you to build up vis and don't drain your force, either.

That was my finding, as well.

Try cloaking ina decent sized PVP fight. There is always someone within 20m of you, and when you do manage to cloak 3 or 4 people are shouting "Tapa just cloaked!" and they immediate /target Tapa;/follow (or now I guess it would be simply /follow Tapa) until I run out of force.. which is rather quickly when you have 4 or 5 people within 20m of you.

No, silly! He might have those skills in his template, and any skills he has are perfectly legit moves for use in combat!

BTW, he's thinking of dropping MLS to go 0444 sabers, and if he does, then the Bleed state will probably need to be removed from PvP, also. Actually, lets go ahead and chuck out DoTs, too.

I have a question in regards to Force Cloak, how far away do you have to be away from your target or PC's or NPC's to activate cloak.

simple questions can also be answered by simply passing knowledge on to less experienced player. *shakes head*

And yes, it is 20m. don't worry about asking your question, not everyone is a jerk in game like some people
