you just proved it was lag, even though you do not think it is lag. People that are standing still when they get KD'd don't usually slide.
If it is lag, then the lag has increased dramatically since Pub 23. This was not happening before Pub 23.

that I agree with 110 percent, however I know a few people who pioneered work on the "slide" at least 10-12 months ago. I think it just shows more now due to the DB timer.

Yes it was and the lag has gotten worse since pub 23 IMO. Try and aggro acreature then start running so that it chases you. use a KD and see if it falls in one place or slides. If it slides or suddenly burst runs at you, it is due to lag (server catching up). If it stands where you hit it and falls not moving,you are not experiencingany lag at the moment. Lately alot of them slide for me.

The problem with this is that you cannot do power attack while moving...
P.S. to the original poster, I've experienced the same problem but it wasn't when I was about to incap them, just after I KDed the BH. Thinking its not an exploit, but rather some sort of bug.

should only use power attack as a finisher. head/leg/body attack hit faster and more dps

Look on the bright side: it works both ways. Read the BH forums and you see their angst at not being able to DB us.

I tracked my jedi mark and found him hanging out on his speeder. I attacked and missed his speeder which got me a tell from jedi stating "Lol, you noob". Asked him to check /getvet to see who noob is, well anyways, on to what I really want to know. I started to gain the upper hand and had him almost dead when all of a sudden the jedi has a friend walk up next to him. Next thing I know I see the jedi is a corpse. I didnt do the DB.
I told the jedi he used an exploit to get away from me, he responds " this isnt an exploit having a friend db and it wasnt a fair fight anyways because I had no force". Force or no force thats not my problem but having a friend db to avoid a BH db, is this an exploit? or as intended? is this reportable? just curious. Ask many jedi, I am an honourable BH that plays fairly and so I expect the same.

Eh, it's at least a cheap and lame trick. I don't know if it's an exploit though.

I had someone do this yesterday, but thanks t oour laggy server his incapped body slid out or range of his friend and right to my feet

nah just cheap had this don to me in MO but the stupid jedi cloned to mo clone center so i went in and killed him

Obviously it's a slight exploit. He is using a loophole in the system to gain an advantage he couldn't have otherwise. Yes, dieing to his friend grants him no XP loss, something he would have had. And the only reason his friend killed him was to gain this advantage. Any fighting should end all duels and cancel any duel request.

easy i like short fights, i hit every seconds most jedi can only get 1 heal off till my sac dies. im having amazing sucsees this way

Wish a DEV would chime in here and let us know if this is considered an exploit.
