I personally ADK'd all 7 pieces of my +350 health enhanced RIS armor (6530 kin/energy)

It is really a personal choice, and a financial choice as well.

I know that I, myself, prefer BE modded defense colthing for npc missions. i don't know about jedi. but my friend cablejr is a MBH and he has never worn armor yet on his missions.so in my opinion its a toss up. i like BE clothes because they are much cheaper. but if you have the cash, you might as well invest in a great suit of armor anyways, just in case. lol

Ipersonally don't wear cumbersome armor, especially PVE.

- Only thing I wear is a Pre-Nerf Imp PSG w/ General Ranged Accuracy Mods. Basically I wear this for the mods.

I wear BE Clothing w/ SEAS to boot. So far I've been able to beat all NPC's (Including Boss Elite 32K Ham).

The SEA's/BE Mods offset the reduction in damage. Wear Intimidation modded/bio-suprresion clothing and it's surprising how often /intimidate and /thyroid rupture sticks. With duelist stance and food I can mitigate most damage.

So yes, armor is really superflous.

The only reason you need armor is for higher end PVE or PVP. I wear a nice comp suit for the Galactic Civil War (SEA modded) and a sliced UbeseRecon for Player marks.

For general PVE, armor is a sunk cost that gets wasted to quickly. 400K a suit. (That's 15 or so missions!) For high end PVE, such as DJM, armor is all but useless as it's a one shot kill. Only time I'd really wear armor is perhaps energy armor for DWB. Anything else and the armor gets used up to quickly...

And ADK an 8000 suit, you can always buy that for about a 1M or 2M. So in order to recoup the cost of just _one_ ADK, you need to waste your suit at least a dozen times.

I'd recommend buying high end SEA's and putting them in a modded bracer. Then slap your adk on that one bracer. The rest of it let it decay and replace....The rest of the suit really is a consummable item... You'll actually come out financially ahead.

If you dont have the money to shell out doe your chest, helmet and legs. I have a suit of ris that I Have fully adk'd and Loaded with +25 mods. It all depends how much you want to shell out to preserve your equipment.

You only really need to ADK the helmet, chest, and legs. Get those AB sliced etc. the rest of the suit decays very very slowly, and if you get them decay-sliced (lessens decay) they will last a lonnnng time before you even need to think about repairing them.

If you have the money, go for it. You don't have anything else to really spend it on Might as well make it count with some nice permanent armor

Er I dont know about EACH piece, because the arms seem to last ALONG time. I've bought 3 ADK's. One for my helmet, one for my chest, and one for my legs. They have uber AAs on them though.

Oh make sure you get like Ubese =p

If you get Recon scout armor and decide to change professions, all that money on the armor and AAs = gone.

Thanks for all of the advice. I think I'll hold off on the adk's until I finish adding the AA's and see how it turns out.

Let's just hope this year is better than last year! Last year was hard to watch for a die hard fan.

you have the cert for Battle armor, which is RIS, Marauder, Bone and Padded armors you wont have the fully hinderence mitigation yet which will slow your movement speed, accuracy and attack speed till you can level further
