And just walk away?
There is no precedent for that. There is no move in any profession that allows you to be completely immune to attack. There has got to betactic to break this.
Only tactic I can think of is to stand near the Jedi while he is cloaked - the force drain for the move increases depending upon how many people/NPCs are around. So go near him and pull out any pets you have and follow him around until he decloaks or runs out of force. Be prepared to lose those pets, droids, etc. though.

Stay within 20m of the Jedi, or have someone in your group stand within 20m of the Jedi at all times, he can't cloak then.

Yeah, I was dueling with a guild jedi. He told me they have to get 20m away from you before they can activate it.

Four hours?
The guy I had a mission on was fooling around with it when I found him. I thought he had shuttled (he was inside an outpost SP) Was about to leave myself when *poof* there he was. I shot at him, he ran, and engaged the cloak again. But it dropped.
I don't see it as the new way out. It's not THAT effective. It is super neat thoughand I'm very jealous of it lol.

only problem with standing around them to drain force is that they can just FR away.
since you guys are all doing testing with cloak and friendly jedi, can you test if droids can track them while cloaked?

You can target them with /tar Name and then select attack. My jedi decloaked before I attacked, so I'm not sure if attack would have worked. But it was an option while i was targeting his invisible body. BTW.. my droids found him while cloaked.
