So Im a MBH/MRifles/CM4000...
I was in Cnet just hanging around in front of the starport late. Hardly nobody was around, so I was doing a little shopping for some rifles, and such. Out of nowhere I get a chellenge to a duel, so being a little bored I accepted. It wasnt untill after I accepted the duel did I realise that my "dueling partner" wasnt wearing any armor and carrying a rifle. After a few seconds into the fight I notice that it is more that a little hard to hurt this guy who is wearing no armor, and he had some nice healing going. Suddenly I come to the conclusion that this is a Jedi! And a pretty hard hitting Jedi with some good heals. But never fear. I also have some decent heals myself. So we fight it out there in the streets of Cnet, and I end up winning. Along with a nice little DB. Ofcourse the Jedi was far from happy, and a little upset. The cost of attempting to exploit, without knowing what the hell you are doing.
Apparently this Jedi thought that I might be a BH, and was attempting the "Duel" exploit, But didnt have it on a Macro, wich cost him his life.
Us BH's get a free-bee every once in a while

Could you please explain how using the duel command is an exploit? If I am a non-jedi and I challenge a stranger to a duel is that exploiting or only if you are a jedi?
You guys are getting silly calling everything a exploit now if it hinders you in any way.

If a jedi challenges a bounty hunter who has a their mission to a duel, then the duel request will not go through. This lets the jedi know which BH has their mission before the BH attacks.

Yep all this does is let the jedi know that you are there for them. Its not an exploit, b/c the reason for the coding was b/c of bh's using /duel then attacking the jedi forcing the jedi into a bugged Tef which they couldnt return fire. The bug was around for a while and most ppl put accept duel macros which they would use to counter the borked tef. All this FIX does is tell the group who the BH is after. The BH still has first strike, jus not the luxury being completely unknown. All it does for the jedi is let them know to stop tanking and watch the bh. If you are out to stop the evil bad jedi from completing his template by exp loss, jus stand there. They wont risk an agro then have you take them out as soon as they are agroed by the mobs therefore they lose exp. Some will find away around this, but for all those who are climbing the jedi ranks unnessessarily fast, they dont have the experiance to know when to stop and move on. They will jus continue grinding and make their mistake leading to their opening.

you quite obviously have never hunted before, the second a lower level jedi sees you have his mission, he runs to a bugged LOS zone, a house, cloaks, shuttles out, or numerous other things. this is not an exploit IMO, but it definately is bad coding. what good is first strike if your mark can not be seen, is in a house, a different planet, or out of range? please tell me oh wise one.
stealth and finess is how i like to hunt. in large crowds i can get close to a jedi. i can hide in vendor tents pretending to shop, and all the jedi has to do to ruin this stealth is /tar kaukiji;/duel? that isnt very fair to a BH who has never once even considered using the /duel exploit.'

Here is the bug
Here is the advantage
Using a bug to your advantage (no matter how small) is called exploiting

U know there is other ways for a jedi to find out if the bh is there for him. And the bh will not even know it.

You mean like roots not breaking on damage?...does that mean rooters are exploiting?...Oh Noes!!!
Thanks for pointing that out....about the bug/advantage/exploit thing.
