I'm not a respec BH, I was BH before the CU. What I wonder is, do the number of BH's increase just becauseyou nowget master BH served on a plate? I mean I know that BH is better now and all... but if people who want to be BH refuse to grind it and choose another profession they don't like as much, they are seriously lazy, I can admit that I don't like Jedi grinding, but any basic combatprofession- even BH does not takemuch time to grind, sure investigation can take some time, but not enough to hinder you from becoming the profession you want to be. Note that I can be totally wrong, please post your opinion.

I also mastered BH before CU. and i think it's quite obv. the reason there are a lot people respec to BH is because BH is a good profession again. If BH was a junk profession, people wouldn't respec to it. It has nothing to do with the INV. line....come on....it's really not that hard lol

hehe yeah, but I just hear ALOT of people saying "the inv tree shouldn't have been respecable" like that would have decreased the number of BH's totally

....this is a hot topic.....being a veteran BH I see this two fold

Once a MBH till Pub9/Pub10 or so, stayed TKM/BH for quite awhile, now back to ranged BH postCU....and loving it!!!

Yea I'm very ticked and upset about the respecing due to the fact that the first time I ever Mastered BH it was back in the day.....all walking........meaning no bikes, no shuttles, no player cities, no mounts, and city starports were a 10 min wait. Besides that droids worked half the time and most marks were in the middle of the ocean or stuck in the foundation of a building......I just Mastered BH for the 3rd time.....wow was it alot easier!!! lol

however...

With the respecing comes alot more BH, more BHs means more bounties, more bounties means more killing, thus more killing means alot more dead Jedi........hopefully leading to the reduction of the Jedi populous.....which makes us all happy!!!

So yea all the veteran BHs might have a small grudge, but IMO.....welcome our newly found pistol/carbine/rifle packing friends!!! Happy hunting to you all!!!

I was OMW to master BH, had Invest 4 and MTKA befor CU. once I started to have to drop TKA skills and saw how bad BHs were, I said forget it. now Im back and loving it, but I didnt ever grind past LLC4 and Invest 4. I had mastered every other combat profession at one time or another though except Carbine or CM.

Maybe if you all wouldn't have been BH's before and been one of the professions that got totally nerfed you would be thinking differently. Put yourself in their shoes...not sitting back like you worked hard...they grinded out something or they wouldn't have the points to respec

I am a respec BH. Ive been playing since late last July, there were mounts, speeders, swoops, and 10 minute starport waits. I am so sorry youchose tomaster in Bounty Hunter "back in the day", but using theobstacles you had to deal with inthe pastas reason to despise us is extremely unfair. The game has changed, even if we had not respec'd to MBH and ground it out, we would not have had to deal with the obstacles that faced you. Like I said, I'm sorry you had it so hard, but there is nothing that I can do about that and it is no reason to be ticked at me. My first Mastery was the Creature Handler Profession. You guys think you have it hard grinding the Invest tree? CH had four of them..

You think all of us respec'd to MBH to be "T3h ub3r 1337" ?

I respec'd to MBH because:

1.) I hate the vast majority of Jedi.

2.) Bounty Hunter Provides a way to force PvP on said Jedi with the possibility of inflicting a significant amount of experience loss if you win.

3.) Getting paid for killing said Jedi.

4.) Solo groups got nerfed, BH is a one player solo group at master with up to 32kNPCmissions I believe, the equivalent to a Janta lair with only one NPC.

As it stands, the reasons for me respeccing to MBH are all about money and killing Jedi.

I have nothing against respec BH, I can just say welcome! I would probably also have grinded BH if I had to do it back in those days with 10 min shuttle wait and no bikes, but that would have been alot more tough.

I don't dislike respec BH, why should I? Maybe I can say damn respec chef? Or whatever... My point is thatif there are more BH's now ONLY because the grind was tough before, and they did it because theygot BH in an easy respec, they were lazy to not grind it before.

lol...Kethal......you've got me all wrong, the true meaning of my post was being sympathetic to the situation.........If you reread my post I said I was "ticked and upset" at the respecing as in the process.....NOT.....those BH who have respeced!

lmao...I never despised you or treated you unfair................in fact later on down in my post I suggested to welcome all you new BHs......

I respec'd to MBH on my now main toon as tbh I was really missing it, Imoved servers as all my mates stopped playing or took up Jedi and joined a roleplaying guild.....having a great time but I did misss the thrill of the hunt. Now I can have the best of both worlds without having to grind out MBH again. Makes me happy

all i can say to the respec guys is this: at the very least, do some npc bounties before you get all hyped on going after the jedi. get a feel for how the droids work. know where you can use em, if you get off your bike and you need to go elsewhere to call one down, you need a bit more practice. and pvp more! duel, go overt! get a good grasp on your template through fighting everyone rather than just jedi. with those 2 things, you will not only know the roots of investigation, but you will begin to develope your own personal fighting style. and that's when you'll be a bounty hunter.
