Is there any way to tell what will be a boss mark? I must have gone after 20 NPC missions now, and still haven't gotten anything over lvl 81 7k HAM. i'm lvl 77, so i should have gotten one on accident by now...lol any info would be great.

Silver or Gold Chevrons. When you have the target highlighted. there should be brackets around the name.

you cannot tell in advance, just make sure that the mission you are getting is level 80 to ensure that it's the highest level possible.

To my experience, Boss marks are pretty frequent in Endor, Yavin IV and Dathomir. Actually, in these planets, all my marks were either elite or boss.

Ive gotten boss marks on rori n Dantooine. Best chance to get em is when your lvl 80.

one thing i have noticed, all my 33k+ boss' have 1 name, look for that on the terms, i dont have any good weaps yet so i always skip them now cause i cant kill em yet

Its sad. had 10 bosses today n now its not even a challenge for me

im leveling up bh going for mbh and ive run acrosse acouple of these boss marks....and i get CRUSHED by them....they do around 1k damg, and i hit them for about the same....how do i win...do i wait to finish bh befor i try an tackle them or am i doing it wrong....my temp is mrifle/1444 bh/4xxxcm

I am only BHx41x but I am CL80, I get boss marks quite frequently, from what I can tell it is all random though, I've never tried hunting them with my CL under 80 but I have found that even taking the lower level missions on the terminal (as low as CL74) can still produce a boss for me.

yep, got beat by a lvl 74 boss, but he had the retreat bug going......always in retreat.....insta regen.

Had 3 boss's in a row on friday all 32k+ ham - the 1st was the only NPC to give me trouble since the revamp (kinetic weapon tore through my Tantel). So I called in a CM friend - once the healing was out of my hands - no problem (only got another trigger though - all my good loot has come off 7k hams)
At 1st I wanted Boss marks, but now all it means is I'll probably get a melon or a jar of bugs
