Ok , i know having a holster is the least of my pistoleer worries at present but just a thought...

I'm not really bothered about my character actually pulling a gun from a holster to use it so why dont we just have new skins for belts and bandoliers that have a closed holster attatched to them?

I cant use the grenades on mygrenadiers belt but it looks cool and a crossed bandolier with a closed holster on each side would be nice too. And seeing as its only a new skin it shouldn't be that difficult to implement.

Only if it repairs our guns would I get it, but then everyone would shout, "Nerf the holsters!".

The top two extras I want for this class are holsters and better animations for attacks (form waist, dive, draw and fire, etc).

I heard that Jedi can hang their lightsabers on their belt. If they can do that can't they get a holster together? I have grown tired complaining about the Pistoleer, so I would just be happy if I can look cool.

Anyone heard anything on holsters? And if any devs happen to look at this, if you dont mind a little fantasy on my part... since at the pinacle we are a "master" gunfighter cant we be slinging two weapons? I know I need to stop dreaming but that would be very nice... oh well.

Wouldnt edit be nice... two pistols not just any weapon. I think if nothing else it would be flashy. Nice show

Precisely... gunslingers are supposed to be flamboyant, I think it fits us perfectly.

You all realize that if we get holsters then everyone will want a "cool new look" and the art department will be the ones messin up the game, not just the combat department.

If we get dual wield, will we then have twice as many broken specials?

I realize it gets old discussing how busted our stuff is, but lets not trivailize the problems we have by glossing over them en route to twirly guns and holsters, we've made that mistake once and it was the only one of our issues ever addressed by the devs here on our board.

We have bigger problems and if you throw them ( the devs ) an easy way to placate us they will take it before they actually fix anything.

I'd rather mow down crowds with a working MTPS than look cool in the cloner with my dual holsters.

Unfortunatly you are correct, it's just coming to the point I would be happy for anything. I have been a pistoleer since about the third week, and just waiting for something to finally move on this you know? I remember someone else on here talking about holsters though like they had seen it in a preview clip of galaxies... does anyone know what I am talking about? Maybe still out there somewhere?

Yeah... I wish if we got to the Gunslinger title and above we could be in quick draw stance... one hand above the butt of the gun... y'know what i mean. o.O Weight shifted to the side... TKA get that cool meditation sit thing... and add a freakin quick draw ability! That'd be cool! Holsters would be nice... and dual wield weapons would be nice... and a revolver style blaster would be nice... heck, re-vamping the pistoleer profession would be nice!

i dont know why you pistoleers whine so much, you got a hell of alot more than other classes. holsters would be nice, as long as say swordsmen got sheathes and pikemen could hold their weapon ontheir back, carbs could get shoulder strap, rifles could get those legs for when they are prone.......and Bh's could wear llc's on thier back, put pistol in a holster or wear a carb on a shoulder strap.....

Kek I dont think they are trying to be elitist, and I dont see it as a whine. Its a good idea that could be carried over to every profession, and one i think should be implemented. Id like to have the ability to holster all my weapons. Great idea thats been around for a while. Maybe after the combat changes we can see some interesting bonuses like this.

LAFF as if pistols arnt unrealisticly powerful as it is, now we need to hold two.

By the way yes I do use a pistol quite a bit so dont start jumpin all over me

Pistols are supposed to be 2ndary weapons. I tell ya what, in the real world you can have your lil cool pistol so you can do cool flippy moves, I will take the Colt Carbine how does that sound? we go into a gun fight we see who wins.

Well of course in this game we would be on equal ground but that doesnt really make sense to me at all but whatevah.

Pistols should rely on speed (which they do) but they do about as much as a carbine does if made correctly. Thats disgusting. Then you guys ask if you can wield 2 times the power? yeah ok thats cool. Repairing holsters? laff. Then you jump alll over the BHs because we are supposedly on this quest for an uber char, and god forbid we should be better than you!
