Yep you heard it finally got my first kill on the same day i got invest3, im droping a pic for you guys to see i noticed that my marks mind was unbuffed so i eye shot him to death of course after i used a bomb on him and destroyed his bike too. I think he may have gona afk when i got there since i didnt get any tells from him at all but whatever he should know better if he was AFK.

First of all, congratz on your first Jedi kill, may you get many many more 
Secondly however, I still say that blowing up someone's vehicle is lame no matter what the situation is (unless the dirty **edit** tries to hot foot it away whilst you are attacking then I can condone it).

Yesterday I made INV3. Went to the term and got a 220k mark
I am BH 3344 and pistol 1123 - not much cop, but what the hell
Found the guy - did /showpvp (1453), bottled it and had a chat with him instead. fessed up that I had his bounty which he found amusing
Today I decided to be more realistc and took an 82k job.
Followed him to Tatooine then he moved to Lok. As I arrived at Nym's Stronghold and would you believe it he is right beside me. All the other "first kill" stories are flooding back to me now because everyone talks about there heart pounding - blimey, they weren't wrong.
I check the guy and, although he has 3300 mind, he has only 400 health and action. Blmey, I thought, Christmas has come early. In my haste to torso shot him I forgot to arm my gun. In the meantime he has got his swoop out and has mounted it. I'm standing there like a lemon, 10yds away shadow boxing. Then the scatter gun is in my hand and, chasing the swoop on foot, I get two shots off before he is out of range.
I burst run, then think better of it and call my speeder all the time trying to reacquire him as my target as I managed to lose him and target a Nym pirate instead.
I get on the bike and when I reach the far side of the bridge at Nym's I find him lying on the sand incapped and on fire.
Dismount, deathblow, quick bow and leggit (waiting for the hate /tells which, with great respect to my mark, never came). Hoorah, popped my cherry!!
My heart was still pounding when I went back to Kaadara, got a 102k mark and follwoed him to the TSA city. There he was duelling the guy I had had as my mark the night before. Sensing an opportunity, I strolled up with my bomb droid out and made a joke about coming back for a second go at him. He took it in great spirits, I put the droid away and chatted freely with him and his two buddies (one of which was my mark). They duelled, I said "wow" alot and talked about getting screenshots of them duelling.
Despite the fact that I TOLD the mark that I knew his bounty was 102k (he had asked how much we all though he was worth), he did not tag what I was doing there. So, I sit down and watch the duel. His mind is 3300 to begin with, I wait until 1000 and then stand up and eye shot him. I get two off before I'm knocked down (one of them was a fencer) but get up quick and eye shot him one more time so he is incapped. Then came my moment of weakness. I offer not to DB him, even though he is right there on the ground. They all accept, even though we are all still fighting and eventuallyone incaps me. They heal me and we all have a laugh about it (except my mark who crys with embarrasment). It was allgreat fun and my heart just won't stop pounding.
Then comes the crappyy bit. The fencer offers me a duel, no DB. Since we are all still in combat I accept and we fight, he KD's me and incaps, but then, out of nowhere, AppenDixappears and DB's me. The little feccer had been on the cantina steps and I hadn't seen him.
The other three are full of apologies and embarrasment but I expalin to them that it's my own fault. I should have either DB'd my mark or kept my blasted eyes open.
All in all a good day.
Although I had joked with my second mark that it was a lesson learned to drop his guard near strangers, it was a lesson I had to re-learn myself with those words still resounding in my ears.
The biggest lesson I learned today though?? Thatthis BH malarky is mighty fine fun!!!!

and can I just ask a quick question aswell please?
what is the best way to approach a mark out in the middle of nowhere? is there a tactic for sneaking up, or should I just storm in with scatter gun blastin??

well, don't charge the waypoint blindly like you would an npc mission. if you follow the updates you can glean more than just a location from it, the patterns of the waypoints can give you an educated guess on what your target is doing.
stationary waypoint=safehouse usually
moving in and out of a player city=obviously running missions
personally i never attack a mark in a player city. usually their groups are in the city, ready to tef in. also, militia gets tef if you attack a resident, regardless of grouping or faction. and even if it's not their home city, they can still hit a peace macro and run into a merchant tent or house, foiling your mission. best bet is to wait for a waypoint 1500+ away from nearest city, then charge in, hoping you can catch them fighting creatures. also, be sure to take out the bike first.
